Chicken tenders were good, sliders not bad, mozzarella sticks were not hot enough unfortunately. It was of like eating a sauced brick of lightly warmed cheese. Definitely should have brought a blanket in there, kept getting blasted with cold air. Waiter was very good. Not the worst for my first time trying Chilis.

I took the family to the chilis in Bangor Maine on Stillwater ave. The food was good the atmosphere was inviting and I just want to point out our waiter Joe he was excellent made us feel right at home he was very attentive my whole party agreed he was probably the best waiter we have ever had serve us. So if you find yourself at this location just ask for Joe he’ll make sure you’re treated right

Our food was great and the server was attentive and very kind! Writing this review because the general manager walked by us to seat another table and caught our attention because she was telling the guests that her employees “sit on their phones and don’t work”. Marlene went by once more to tell the table behind us why she refused to remove an item from their bill, blaming her server for a miscommunication. The staff seems friendly but overhearing the head manager talk bad about her staff and mishandle guests was a real turn off.

I ordered the chicken crispers, burger sliders, and Nashville hot mozzarella sticks. The burger sliders were AWFUL. They were covered in Nashville hot sauce because it was in the same box as the chicken and mozzarella sticks. The burger was completely dried out, black, and hard. The food looked like it was basically reheated in a microwave for too long. For paying $20 for one meal, the food should be fresh. Thankfully the manager was nice and refunded me.

A tad expensive. We waited a bit long for service after we were seated and between being served. An item on my appetizer trio was under cooked and soggy, which normally is one of my favorite menu items. My rice was cold and hard. And the beans were tasty but cold. The fajita was good and the other appetizer items were good. But when you go to a restaurant and you spend $85 on a dinner for 2, it should be better.

(All my reviews are overall) I had the shrimp tacos and my company had the chicken tenders. The shrimp in my tacos we’re good but already a little cold and the shell of the tacos seemed old. The broccoli was spot on with flavor and texture. Rice was okay, needed a bit more flavoring. My company enjoyed their food. Had no complaints. Service was quick and to the point. Answered any and all questions with professional knowledge. Overall, good service, good food.
