I’ve been to this Chillies about 5 times in the last year. Whatever team yall have in the kitchen needs to stay. The food has been absolutely on piont. Even down to the presentation is well done. Amazing staff. You guys have something amazing going on. Keep up the great work.

I usually love Chilis, I have been going here for over 15 years. I usually visit a different location but my family and I wanted to try Smithfield, we weren’t thrilled. It took awhile before someone greeted us, then our order came out wrong so they had to fix it. We wanted a smooth visit and received the opposite. We were told the manager would visit our table to apologize but nobody came by which felt unprofessional. And we’re pretty sure we saw her sitting at the front where the host stays and the guests are supposed to sit when waiting for a table, just talking with other employees for most of the night while my family and I were here. We left unhappy. We won’t be coming back.

I came on Saturday alongside my sister and Mom celebrating a competition for cheer-leading win . Tammy was an absolute delight! From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. She knew the menu inside and out and offered great recommendations. Our drinks were always refilled, and she checked in on us just the right amount without being intrusive. Tammy’s positive attitude and genuine care for her customers made our dining experience truly exceptional. We’ll definitely be back and hope to see her again!

I stopped by Chili’s in Smithfield and tried the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers with a Watermelon Lemonade, and both were fantastic! The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in the perfect balance of sweet and smoky honey chipotle sauce. The fries and corn on the side rounded out the meal nicely. The Watermelon Lemonade was refreshing and had just the right amount of sweetness. Service was friendly and fast, making for a great experience overall. Definitely a solid spot for a casual, tasty meal!

The best lineup of staff. Everyone is so nice especially Misty, I’m lucky to have her as a server every time I come in, and the food runner (not sure of his name) but he has a buzzcut and goatee + mustache combo. He is so cute I get all blushy blushy when he comes and brings the food.

Friendly staff! Welcomed me right from the moment I walked in and kept asking how everything was! Knowledgeable about reward system and told me about free chip and salsa for today’s visit by making account. Cleared my dishes for me and payment was a breeze with kiosk system!

No Cows were harmed in the making of tonight’s Chili from this Chili’s… Some jalapenos and a salt shaker took serious beatings for sure. The steak & cheese gets the “Larry David” response.
