The food looked almost exactly like the picture, it was pretty good too. I was in town for work and got off late on a Sunday. I needed some food to take back to the hotel, but most places were already closed by 9p. Time was going on to 10p quick. Chili’s came to the rescue on this one. They close at 11p on Sun. Clutch.

Went in for the highly talked about triple dipper! The sliders were cool and the mozzarella sticks were good as well! The chicken strips were ok.. not crispy and the flavor was just ok.. I got the honey flavored ones. The food wasnt really hot either. The drink was sweet not strong at all. Id go back for the sliders and mozzarella sticks

Our server, Sydney, was great. Attentive but not intrusive. Service was quick. One person in the party got the Smikehouse combo of ribs and the quesadilla. I had a tast of it. This was really flavorful especially the quest Dillard. The fries were seasoned and was good. The other person orders just wings due to severe gluten reactions. I ordered the triple dipper from other people’s high recommendations. The mozzarella is to die for. What a cheese pull. Got the chicken crisper and wimgs. My bone in wing tasted spoiled and got that swapped out for the boneless wing that was super dry. I just didnt bother to complain afyer round 2.

Took My Son here for his 22nd birthday. The apps were delicious. The entrees even better The witches pink drink wasn’t that great I had the chicken Cajun pasta. It looks like it’s gonna be spicy, but it actually was not at all and it was really delicious. our server I forgot her name. She had short hair and two ponytails. She was very delightful and fun. I would definitely visit again and try something else.

Id like to start out by saying that the service was great. However the food was awful. All 3 of us got the triple dipper, the chicken was rubbery and inedible. One plate was covered in so much sauce it was like a soup. The mozzarella sticks were wet and inedible as well. We saw all of the social media posts about the triple dipper and were so excited to try it out but it was beyond disappointing. The only thing edible were the chips and salsa.

Been here several times, when we visit family in this area. Probably average as a Chilis goes. Today my bbq brisket hamburger was very good. I didn’t expect so much brisket on top of a very generous burger. I’d def get this again at a Chilis. I also had the chicken enchilada soup which was tasty. My wife’s chicken sandwich was COVERED with Mayo. A large amount of it. Unnecessary. Fries we not crispy but good. Service was very very very slow. No hostess and we watched a number of people waiting by the door the entire time we were here (Monday at lunch time). Average wait was 7-10 minutes for a seat. We ate at bar. Bartender told me “sorry for the wait” on three separate occasions. It wasn’t that busy. So, it is a Normal Chilis and expect a wait.

i know chili’s isn’t fine dining, but my boyfriend and i visit quite often. our expectations aren’t very high at all, but this is the second experience with this waitress just not attending to our table. we were halfway through our meals watching our drinks get warm at the bar (that we ordered with our waters at the beginning of the meal) i work in customer service myself so i completely get it, things get crazy busy. but multiple workers were walking by the drinks over the course of 20 minutes and doing absolutely nothing. and to not apologize after we have waited for over 20 minutes for our drinks is pretty insane.

I haven’t been to Chili’s in a long time,thought I’d try it again. I walked in and I asked the hostess “ your having a special on a hamburger right now? (3 for me $10.99) she says “ I don’t know” and says “ look in the menu”. Are you serious? You don’t know? Totally incompetent! Was seated and had to wait 10 minutes before a waitress comes over, I told her I was about to leave. She asked what I wanted to drink I said sprite. It took me asking her as she just walked by me to to say “ do you have my drink” . She comes back with it and says “ the machine was down”. So the meal comes and it is absolutely NOTHING like I remember. The hamburger was flat and was terrible. The salad I got some of it was partly frozen and did not visually look fresh. It was a Sunday and the place was packed. I suppose people will eat anything these days. The food, service is so so bad I definitely won’t be back even if it was offered for free. Btw the Owner don’t bother with a response, you need to overhaul the food , train the cooks to put out better food and fire your incompetent waitstaff.

Second time ever being here and it started off with some sarcastic remarks and got told derogatory remarks so towards the end of the night I decided to match the energy wich I didn’t see a problem until I got told to pay my bill and leave. So I did just that
Never once in my life have I ever left zero tip but this time this person deserved a negative tip. I promise I will not be back.

Pleasantly surprised! Awesome burger, fries, soda; salsa and chips (very light and crispy!) All for $10 something [3 for 3 menu] Great for late lunch/early supper!
