The food at Chili Wok is delicious and very approachable in this hybrid full service sit-down and fast casual restaurant. The soup dumplings are definitely worth the short 15 minute wait. Also tried the steamed pork dumplings the fried chicken and chef’s special mala dry hot pot. Spice level was perfect for us; would not want it more spicy. Portions are very generous so plan to share and take leftovers home with you. Parking is plentiful behind the strip mall. Thanks for a great experience!

The food is served fresh and has authentic sichuan flavors. If you like spicy and numbing food, you should try their la zi chicken. I asked for the numbing spice to be removed and enjoyed the overall flavor of the dish. The quantity of food was great and the dish was reasonably priced. Great service and great food!

Finally! A food portion worth the money I’m being charged. Both dishes hit the spot, sure I’ve had better but not at this price in the DC region. I would certainly go back for lunch. You will not be disappointed.

Easy and great tasting. Why easy? Easy to park, easy to get a table, easy to order a variety of menu items so everyone could try something and easy on your wallet. The food was so good and even though they were serving a ton of to go orders our food came out quickly. Can’t wait to go back.

As someone who is from Sichuan, China and hates driving 30 mins outside of the area to find some authentic hometown food, Chili Wok is the spot I’ve been waiting for.

Even though it looks like a normal take-out spot, inside is newly renovated for some casual dining in, not to mention a lot of their entree portions are catered towards large family meals. I highly recommend bringing friends and family and tried it in person.

The spice level is normal for someone like me, so it could be on the 6-8/10 scale for those who are not used to it. Just let them know ahead of time and they can adjust.

Also try the cold Sichuan noodles, scallion pancakes, and anything with beef. You won’t regret it.

I discovered Chili Wok a few months ago and it is a favorite now. The flavors are just delicious. Everything that I have tried is just so good..each time I go, I try and order something new..the dry pot dishes are an assortment of ingredients that come together for a unique dining experience. There is plenty of parking at the rear of the building and a decent number of tables inside the restaurant. I always get carryout. Give them a try…you will not be disappointed!

I went here with my family and we all really enjoyed our dishes. The venue was spotless, and the service was prompt and efficient. Prices are very reasonable, I was able to cover all three of us for under $60 including tip, and we all left feeling full and satisfied.

I highly recommend this spot, especially the Laziji (dried pepper chicken), which is my favorite dish at all sichuan restaurants. Each makes it different, this is very flavorful and spicy.

Definitely worth a visit!

Fantastic flavors. My son said he heard it was worth checking out so we did, and left very happy and satisfied. It’s great that there’s free parking right in front of the restaurant. As soon as we went we were able to get seated, with a very casual environment. The staff are friendly enough and very helpful. And the food…The food is delicious. We tried the strange flavor cucumber salad (delicious, so don’t pass this up), lazi (this is good but not the best I’ve had), eggplant with spicy garlic sauce (an absolute keeper; so good), sichuan style bacon fried rice (another keeper; wonderful flavor), and the mala pork belly (another keeper; delicious). I love how the focus here is on mala (numb numb). This place will be a regular.

This isn’t your standard Chinese takeout. It certainly has some of those staples but it also has a bunch of other Sichuan favorites you don’t typically find around here. We’ve ordered the laziji several times now and it’s consistently great. The chili oil fish, as well as the mala pork belly are also great. We haven’t been disappointed and will keep coming back.
