Fantastic food, but just be careful the gas station on the left side. They’ve been charging me under chili hots For how ever long now. They’re using their name to hide What they are doing they know exactly what I’m talking about. Just be aware I’ve been monitoring my bank accounts after going there especially. But chili hots should definitely be saying something if this is the case definitely not right.

Ordered Cheeseburger combo ( 2 sides/ drink) ; restaurant located minutes off I-490 exit 4; Young lady at counter was very polite and friendly. On-line orders backed up kitchen from preparing my order quickly (15 minute wait). Meal was very good. Macaroni salad was really good.

Love having a hots locally but ever since the new owners I have yet to get a correct meal, missing half the topping on a plate or something is “not in stock”. Meat sauce is never consistent and they never have milk to make their milkshakes..when there are 2 convenience stores within walking distance to go purchase said milk to make the milk shakes..make it make sense

The other day i went in on my 30min lunch break to get a cheeseburger plate, the woman in the front was extremely kind, offered advice, let me know the side options as soon as i looked confused, and was more friendly than most food service workers ive met. Without letting them know I was in a rush they made sure to get the food out within 5-6 minutes, and before handing me my food they made sure everything was correct and just how i asked for it. Id highly recommend!

So, just had a great experience at Chili Hots! The plate was pure perfection from the first bite to the last. Better than that, the customer service I received shows me that the owner truly cares about the people who come into his place. I did not let him know that I am a chef, but with that said, the tipping factor in every place I go is how well they treat their guests. I recommend Chili Hots for flavor, quality, and excellent service!
