This place is a bit hidden but worth it, its in the same place as the gas station. I got the adobada (marinated pork) burrito, it was a way bigger portion than what other Mexican food places serve. Its worth the price with how much food you get. The burrito was very tasty with the rice, beans, guacamole & meat. Will definitely come back to try other dishes.

Don’t let the location fool you!! – this little burrito spot inside the gas station is an absolute hidden gem. The burrito was packed with flavor, super fresh, and made with care. And the owner was one of the nicest people ever, with genuinely great customer service. You can tell he really cares about his food and customers. I’ll definitely be back!

Wow! Amazing breakfast burrito. Just the smell alone tells you that this is authentic Mexican food. A gem in Las Vegas. Who would have thought that a restaurant in a gas station would be A++! Bravo!

Wait times are just getting ridiculous here now. Don’t bother with a phone order as u will just get ignored and put behind people who come in and order in person. Food is great for fast Mexican food it’s just dumb to waste peoples time. Not worth the wait. Also don’t let people order by phone if ur just gonna ignore them.
Food is actually good here it just takes a while to get your food if there are people ahead of you. Cashier lady has no customer service skills either. The cook seems awesome and friendly but unfortunately just him so be patient. The taquitos here are actually fresh compared to most other spots.

Hidden away within a Sinclair gas station on South Rainbow Boulevard, Chile Verde Mexican Grill may not catch the eye immediately, but this small establishment is a hidden treasure in the bustling Las Vegas culinary landscape. For those who appreciate the thrill of discovering extraordinary dining experiences in unexpected locations, Chile Verde stands as a delightful testament to that belief.
On my recent visit, I found myself craving something truly indulgent and decided to try their chimichanga burrito—the top-tier item on the menu, priced at $12.95. From the moment it landed on my table, I knew I had made an exceptional choice. The burrito was presented beautifully, with a golden, crisp exterior that glistened under the restaurant lights, showcasing the meticulous grilling technique that had transformed it into a flawless work of culinary art.
As I took my first bite, a symphony of bold and lively flavors erupted in my mouth. The exterior was satisfyingly crunchy, giving way to a treasure trove of savory ingredients nestled within. It was evident that every component of the burrito had been thoughtfully chosen; the seasoned meats were perfectly marinated, providing depth and richness that was harmonized by a glorious blend of melted cheese and zesty salsa. The spices and seasonings were not just present—they were vibrant and vivacious, each layer of flavor unfolding like the chapters of a well-crafted novel.
This chimichanga transcended the typical burrito experience; it was an artistry of taste and texture. The grilling technique not only enhanced the flavor profiles but also locked in the delightful contrast between the crunchy exterior and the tender, flavorful filling. Chile Verde has undoubtedly mastered the delicate balance of bold flavors and finesse, making every bite a revelation.
For anyone in Las Vegas seeking a culinary adventure with a discerning palate, this restaurant is a must-visit destination that promises an unforgettable dining experience.

Having grown up in California, I have had the opportunity to experience exceptional Mexican food. Despite traveling extensively throughout this beautiful country, I have yet to find a comparable culinary experience. Currently residing in Las Vegas, I recently found myself desiring a breakfast burrito—one that offers a lasting sense of satisfaction for the rest of the week. A recommendation on Reddit led me to an unexpected location: a gas station. This piqued my interest. The establishment, a 76 gas station, is discreet, lacking prominent exterior signage. Upon ordering a breakfast burrito, I was thoroughly impressed. This establishment will be my preferred destination for breakfast burritos in the future.

Delicious Mexican food, the Carne asada burrito meat is juicy and tender. It’s was loaded with 70% meat, similar to the California burrito. The fish tacos and crispy chicken tacos were also delicious. Very reasonably priced. Note it’s take away only and located within the service station.

Located inside a gas station mini mart is a real gem! Having moved here from a town with five authentic taquerias, I’ve struggled to find an authentic burrito until I found Chile Verde. We got the al pastor and Carnitas, maybe called another name but they were incredible and totally authentic. Just one guy doing everything so I was glad I called and ordered ahead. Guarantee if you’re looking for authenticity and not Tex Mex, this place won’t disappoint!
