I had high expectations and really wanted to like the chilaquiles.
I actually like the way the chilaquiles are prepared, it reminded me of the style from Guadalajara, La Casa de los Chilaquiles.
I ordered the green chilaquiles; the salsa was decent, but what held the dish back for me was the seasoning on the meat. It tasted like a heavy, pre-mixed seasoned salt, which covered the rest of the flavors.
I want to support local businesses and share feedback that helps them grow.
A simple adjustment using just salt on the meat and letting the salsa and chilaquiles shine could make a big difference.

I had their Chilaquiles de Mole that the wife prepares herself and damn if that wasn’t the best Chilaquiles I’ve ever had. The husband and wife team here know what they’re doing. They’re extremely friendly and always busy so you know it’s good. The steak was so tender and delicious. Definitely try this place out.
The only thing I’d say about the location is that they only have about 2-3 seats at a time, so getting your order to go is probably your best bet.

Came to try out their chilaquiles… ordered the green and mole chilaquiles it comes with eggs and some carne asada. Was so delicious real authentic Mexican chilaquiles will definitely be coming back!!
