I love to support this restaurant. I learned about it when I moved to the area. My food is always hot and fresh! I’m not sure who this one gentleman is, but his customer service is a breath of fresh air. I’m so glad when he answers the phone. For me, customer service is where it starts. If that’s not a priority, I will not patronize. Unfortunately, I had a not so pleasant experience with one of the ladies. It wasn’t a confrontation, but her demeanor came off as if taking orders was outside of her scope of work. A positive attitude goes a long way. It makes the day better for everyone. I just gave her patience and grace. You never know what someone is going through. Not a big deal and I understand, but I thought it was worth mentioning because hopefully it helps. I will gladly continue to support

Tried the good truck today and was highly disappointed. They had $1 wings so I get the 40 minute wait. My chicken wasn’t done nor the fries. I threw it all in the trash. Was excited to try them ion think I’ll have them again

Man, what can I say? Everything looked exactly like the picture that I seen online. The food was amazing, nicely seasoned. I really enjoyed the catfish it was fried to perfection. The macaroni and cheese had lots of flavor and cheesy. The chicken wings were amazing and so are some wingdings. It’s about a 20-minute wait for your food but it’s definitely worth it because it’s fried fresh. Very reasonably priced. Definitely would go back. Food was amazing

As many cameras as this place has, there’s no reason for customer to wait at the window as long as I did — employees can see and hear when someone walks in. That was how my visit started. The entrees are cooked to order, so I understand the wait, but a wait should also mean quality food.
The baked beans taste straight from the can. They were out of mac. The green beans tasted like someone just dumped salt until there was no more salt to dump.
The prices are high, portions small and service below mid (I went on a Weds around 7pm). I wasn’t impressed. Fried food spots in the hood are a dime a dozen, so trash customer service and food are an absolute “NO” for me!

I’ve eaten here several times. Everything I’ve ordered has tasted really good. The food is always hot and fresh and the prices are reasonable. I’ve tried many items but my go to order is the 10pc wing ding meal with hot Cheeto fries. Never had an issue with this order until recently which is why I’m giving this review 4 stars. The wings used to be smaller, normal sized, but now they are gigantic and plumped up and I really don’t like that. I had a wing ding that was the size of a drum stick. I’m guessing they changed manufactures or brands but they need to go back to what they using previously. Also, the hot Cheeto fries used to come with the Cheetos crushed into a fine dust but with my most recent order the cheetos were only moderately crushed with whole pieces of the chips and they were stale. The wait time is crazy long, they guarantee a 20 minute wait but I’ve waited nearly an hour each time. If you go early during the weekday it may be less. Overall, the food to me is good. Just too long of a wait and I would recommend them changing their wing dings back.

They sell broasted chicken and potatoes, fried fish, fried turkey chops, pork ribs and sides. The prices are very reasonable and customer service was great. The food was decent. It wasn’t nasty but it wasn’t a great to keep going back. I rather have chicken shack not butter potatoes . I felt like the chicken and potatoes could’ve been broasted harder. It needs the lemon pepper seasonings bc it’s lightly seasoned.
Update: Went back and tried some new items. Chicken tender and fries plus the catfish and fries. First off the cardboard box holds too much moisture. So the food doesn’t be crispy. The tender was good nothing special. The fries were soggy maybe bc of the box. The catfish was seasoned nice and it’s definitely catfish too. Got kool aid with the meals. They had new flavors green apple, strawberry kiwi and tropical punch. The strawberry kiwi and tropical punch were ok. The catfish is seasoned better than the chicken.

I ordered from doordash. 10 chicken bites meal and potatoes with two dinner rolls. I paid 33.00. I went and pick up my food. The lady was rude and I explained to her this only my second time coming there. I asked what coming with the meal. I was thinking drink and roll since it is a meal. She started yelling at me that she didn’t see a drink. New Year I’m not arguing about anything. I am not coming back. I hated that I like support my people business. My rolls were hard and bites over cooked.
I want to thank the owner for reaching out to me. That makes a difference.
My first time that I was met with a great experience and it made me want to come back.

They charge you for the sauce. They charged me $1.75 Each for two sauces for two pieces of chicken which should have been $6.50 on special. Count your change and make sure you have more patience than anything if you decide to go here. you can order and sit in your car for an hour and your order will not be ready. The rudeness of the man at the counter sealed the deal. Wont be back even though it is in my neighborhood. just so disappointed after driving by and wanting to patronize a local place only to be treated like this

I ordered chicken wings tossed in sweet chili sauce and shrimp combo and my husband got the catfish…my food was so good I haven’t had chicken from a restaurant good in a while I even ate the rest of it cold and it still was good…my husband said that’s the best catfish from a restaurant he ever had.
