We tried several plates on the menu and everything was delicious. The Pisco sour drink is a signature drink definitely worth trying and will compliment your meal. The service was great, and the chef came out personally and brought our foods for a table. Highly recommend.

Truly spectacular food. In a world where Asian or Asian-fusion restaurants are forced to serve the same variations of noodles and vegetables, Chifa Don Jose’s noddle dishes are hidden gems. The noodles are thin and firm. They come submerged in sauce or broth and tossed in your garden variety of chinese vegetables. The flavor is smoky and delicious. Truly spectacular place. It’s difficult to describe but the meal will be worth it.

Service was great, the food was authentic! If you’re looking for authentic Peruvian food with Asian infusion, this is your place!!! I highly recommend. Too many dishes to choose from, but my favorite was pollo en trezo con verduras.

I have been ordering from this place for a long time each time I am at my sister’s house in Miami, but only using the apps Uber eats, and grub hub this occasion was the first time I could go to the restaurant and have a nice meal.
I order the Lomo Saltado with fried rice which is my go-to-go order each time I used the app.
Lomo Salteado is a popular, traditional Peruvian dish, a stir fry that typically combines marinated strips of sirloin with onions, tomatoes, French fries, and other ingredients; and is typically served with white rice but on this place, you can find it with Chaufa to my surprised which is fried rice from Peru. The Chaufa consists of a mix of fried rice with vegetables, usually including scallions, eggs, and meat, quickly cooked at a high flame, often in a wok with soy sauce and oil. The rice was cooked perfectly had a good taste and the portion was very generous, the sirloin was super tender and juicy clearly this is the soy sauce talking lol, the french fries were good crunchy not saggy with is good.
Services could be better but the food was fire so I can recommend ordering for here.
