I’ve been going to Chido since it opened, I wanna say it was maybe 2009, maybe 2010, I dont remember exactly when but it’s been forever. I want to first say that I love their food. I’ve probably made other reviews about how I believe they have the best carnitas anywhere, and I stand by that. It’s always an enjoyable experience. I do think they have to work in a couple things and I’m only mentioning them because they happen over and over again. They do everything else right but they A. Can’t seem to ever get drive thru orders right. No big deal we just stopped doing that but sometimes it’s nice when you have kids. But B. Needs to be addressed I think. The churros are NEVER fully cooked. They used to be but for some reason for as far back as I can remember now, I make the mistake of thinking “this will be the day the churros are cooked” and I get one only to throw most of it out. So basically order everything on the menu , it’s all great , except the churros. Also put more care into making sure drive thru orders are correct or just don’t offer the service and stick to what you are really good at.
