We came as a family to try traditional Belgian specialties, and we were not disappointed at all!
We ordered the stoofvlees, which was generous and absolutely delicious. The meat was tender, and the sauce was rich and full of flavor — exactly what we were hoping for from an authentic Belgian dish.
A special mention to the waitresses, who were very friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. They truly made our experience even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this restaurant and would gladly come back!

It’s my best in Antwerp till now!! I had my wife’s b-day lunch and I’m so satisfied with the taste and the kind service. The fries were somewhat nice and unique, crispy! The mushroom source for the steak was like well made soup. The portion was a bit a lot for my kid. I wish Kid menu could come later if available.

The best food ever, I fell in love with Flemish cuisine after visiting this restaurant!!! The obers made the whole experience especially Besart and Ilias who were very handsome in their green uniform . Would highlt recommend, I would’ve given 6 stars but unfortunately I can only give 5. Visiting from overseas, enjoying time with family over Flemish food, what could be more enjoyable ? From the moment we arrived till the moment we left, every waitor, all with beautiful smiles on their faces warmly greeted us. They were all professional and kind, such a delight on top of the wonderful cuisine !
We went for the “full monty”, starters : duo of croquettes, steak tartare and 2 Escargot dishes : all equally well portioned and delicious.
Mains : 3 different types of steak for the meat lovers and a “chicon ovendish” that reminded of my grandmother’s cooking (she was a chef), absolute perfection !
We were all full but we just had to have the “rijstpap” and a Brussels waffle, the absolute crown on this magnificent Belgian food experience.
Note : we had Negroni Chicon cocktails to start and the Australian red wine (Prohibition Shiraz) was a pleasant surprise complimenting all dishes.
Highly recommended. Well done to back and front of house at Chicon !

Kind owner gave me possibility to be part of first dinner.
I started with their handmade Chicon Gin-amazing taste, then we continued with white wine Food was delicious
