Went here because it was the only place at Knott’s that sells the Boysenberry wine by the bottle. It was a very sweet light wine that we enjoyed and the total bottle price was $28 which is reasonable. The service was a little slow at the restaurant but good overall experience.

Really delicious chicken! It’s been a while and I know why. Parking is ridiculous, their app to pre-order wasn’t working and prices are a bit steep. $34 for an 8 piece dinner to go.

Best customer service I have ever seen anywhere!!! Hands down to Samantha, for addressing and handling my issues right away. She treated me with respect and was very polite. I was actually excited to try the chicken from here based on the reviews ….. Seriously… Best word to describe is NASTY. The chicken tasted like it was fried in old fish oil and I wasn’t sure if the “gravy” on the mashed potatoes was actually gravy. It was like some slimey opaque gunk draped over my mashed potatoes. Disgusting. Absolutely never again.

Not the best chicken. Was dry. Tasted old. Nothing amazing about the mashed potatoes either. I would say pass this place up find a KFC as it is far better than this place. It used to be good 25 years ago. Now the chicken tastes like it’s been sitting around 25 years.

The food is OK. The large mashed potatoes is not enough for 4 people. The gravy that comes with the pot pie should come with the mashed taters because the regular gravy is terrible. The corn is bland. The fried chicken had some mushy parts. I don’t know what happened this time around but it was disappointing

Went to Knotts Chicken-To-Go. Got the 3 Piece Fried Chicken meal and the Chicken and Dumplings.. Normally the fried chicken is really good, unfortunately this time around it was over cooked, especially the breathing piece, although still good flavor. The Chicken and Dumplings…SO GOOD

A friend of ours mentioned this to us. If you don’t want to pay for the overpriced meals next door at the Mrs. Knott’s Chicken Restaurant, come here to get your fried chicken fix. The mashed potatoes with gravy, the corn, and all the sides are available here. Even the boysenberry pie! We have always loved coming here, then taking it over to the picnic tables next to “Ghostrider” just on the outside of the park. Or sit under the shaded area just outside the Starbucks closer to the park entrance. The food has always been the same quality it’s served here. I have enjoyed getting the meals offered here. The Walter Knott’s bucket is a great value, compared to KFC or other fried chicken places. Get one less piece of chicken and a whole pie added to your meal with the Mrs. Knott’s bucket. I’d recommend this to any family of 4 or even 5 (like ours) to have the Knott’s Fried Chicken experience without the cost of the Restaurant. Thank you Knott’s Berry Farm for having this available! My family loves it!
