Chicken supreme is the best chicken I’ve ever had. It’s reasonably priced, clean, and the food is divine. It sends me back to simpler times when I chew through the crispy skin into the juicy meat.

I have been a customer of Chicken Supreme since his father alive and ran the business. I ordered the wing special and I shocked at how small the wings were. I remember when the chicken was so hot and fresh no need to microwave when ya got home. What is happening!

but now the service is terrible and they make you wait for a special for no reason.
Also, they’ll make you wait for pretty much any order at least 10 15 minutes and you could see that it’s full of chicken.

Hello,
So I’ve been ordering from these guys for a bit now, food was always on point until today. The chicken arrived with a strong odor of formaldehyde, although it appears okay, I cannot trust it, it smells very rotten in both cartons I ordered.
This has never happened before, maybe my 6th or 7th time getting food from this place.
Tried to call the restaurant about it and no one is picking up. I think they’re still serving a rotten batch right now.
The smell is strong; frying it did not mask the rotting odor. I don’t feel safe eating here anymore and I’m not sure I will after this, this is a major food quality issue and someone could get seriously sick.

5 times in past week gone in and asked for 8 piece thighs and legs which is on menu only to be told it’s a 1/2 hr wait even though u can see pieces sitting there

Best chicken, sides and some desserts ever! This great place, is a “historical” and forever food chain in the ❤ of all Patersonians. This family owned business has been around since I can remember (1980’s plus)and has withstood the tests of time. God bless them!

Everything has changed there customer service is terrible. They were upset because I ordered alot of chicken ( because I gave them a lot of buisness). They were rude and very discurteous everything going downhill and I hope they dont end up closing like every other buisness that believes they are above their customers.

Tried calling a few times to place a large order with no answer at all. Decided to go in person to place order and see workers standing around doing nothing. Called from in store and hear phone ringing but no one cares to answer, store wasn’t even busy. Customer service is lacking.

This place fell off big time. Chicken was super greasy with a nasty after taste. Boxes were just soaked in oil. Fries still suck. The only good thing they still have is the cornbread. That’s why I’m giving one star. At one point this place had the best chicken in the area but unfortunately not anymore.
