Would have given it 5/5, but the one worker kept touching her hair and face then proceed to make peoples food with out washing her hands or wearing gloves. Other than that the chicken was nice and juicy. The potatos was excellent. The coleslaw was amazing. It’s a bit expensive but it’s a nice treat for yourself if you don’t get it everyday. I would highly recommend this place to people looking for good fried chicken.

They don’t have to do good corn, but I loved the buttered sweet corn. The fried chicken was juicy and crispy even after being in the car and the potatoes are deliciously almost deep fried, just a lil too dripping with oil on the bottom by the end

C’mon guys! I ordered the 30 piece wing meal like I have in the past from this restaurant,, not only has the wings gotten a lot smaller over the past year or so, but now you guys are putting the tips of the flat part of the wings as part of the meal??? Really!? You guys can’t be serious! I paid $46.00 for this meal. I gotta tell you it’s horrible! If you’re going to charge these prices at least care! Please don’t put the wing tips from the flats they’re useless and just shows you guys don’t care!! Anyways I won’t be returning!

Excellent service. Food was hot and made to order. Slight problem with debit/credit card payment machine but it happens. Employees were helpful with good attitudes. Answered questions that a first time had while I was in the store with no problems. He was very patient with the elderly customer. All you can ask for.

I’ve been eating at Chicken shack since I was a little child. In fact it was my first real job when I was a teenager. The best part about it is the consistency has always been there! They serve the best broasted chicken I’ve ever had. I would recommend the ribs and cod as well. Don’t forget the Cole slat! My kids also love the chicken bites as well. Everyone loves chicken shack it is also great if you are having a big party or banquet have it catered.

****Watch out please be careful they are RACIAL PROFILING. I can on lunch break here and I watch two other people of different race get their orders placed. I walked up and the lady(Erica) walked away and start filling orders I thought maybe they was trying to caught up. when she(Erica) lean on counter and started chitchatting with coworkers for about 5 mins she looked back several times but never came up I thinking maybe she not the cashier. I said “hey can I place an order” and she (Erica) finally walked up and said I didn’t see you. Wow so the next customers was of a different color and she quickly took the orders. Once someone walked in like me she played busy and deferred them two the next cashier that had recently walked up. Every time someone that’s didn’t look like me waled I’m she would take order.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNTIL THEY FIND BETTER HELP

I feel this location is the best one and I believe it is the first Chicken Shack in Southeast Michigan. I was told that but don’t know how true it is. I did not fact check. They are usually fast and courteous!

Grew up eating Chicken Shack. Visiting from out of state, first meal I wanted was Chicken Shack. What a disappointment! Food was cold, Chicken was tough, tasteless and inedible. Won’t be ordering anything in the future
