Food: I had the sassy Scotty chicken salad on a croissant! It was delicious, I loved it. The tartness from the ranch and saltiness from the bacon paired with the chicken for a pleasant surprise. It came with a side soup, and I chose the loaded potato soup which was delicious, warming for a cold day. Lots of cheese and bacon, potatoes were tender too. The cookie was ok, I liked the frosting but the actual cookie was just a little too dry for me.
Service: The food came out fast, the person who took our order though seemed almost a little bored. Like she was twiddling with her headset. It didn’t detract from my experience at all though.
Atmosphere: Lots of seasonal decorations up, and I liked the tall and slender outline for the restaurant. Not a super wide area but pretty long, it just felt cozy.
Overall: I recommend this place, I’m excited to try some of their other flavors too! Also, it was soooo cheap, everything in the photos we got for $23!

Pleasantly surprised by this place!
I’ve stopped in a few times now, and each visit has been great. Most recently, I had the Barbie-Q Salad Sandwich — it was absolutely delicious! Perfectly balanced flavors and such a creative idea I’d never think of myself. I also enjoyed a warm bowl of cheddar broccoli soup, which was just as tasty.
The atmosphere is inviting and well laid out with plenty of seating. I’ll admit, my first impression was that it felt a little pricey for a chicken salad sandwich, but after a few meals here, I can say it’s well worth it. Everything tastes fresh and high quality — plus you even get a little cookie to finish off your meal, which is a nice touch.

This is a very nice and clean restaurant. Very inviting environment. The staff was very patient while we made choices and helpful with suggestions! The food came out very presentable. Cold items were cold and hot items were hot! Everything was very fresh and delicious. I felt that the price point was fair for the portions we received! The temperature in the restaurant was a bit chilly and we went to the car for our sweatshirts to eat in comfortably.

We got 2 different kinds and even had a sampler of the spicy one! All amazing! Our meal came with a sandwich, a pickle, a side, and a cookie! So cool!

Stopped by for lunch and absolutely loved it. I saw a few reviews with issues with the food, service, or pricing. Maybe they resolved those because during my visit, everything was up to par. I felt like I got an incredible value for the cost. I paid a little over $15 (see receipt photo) for soup, salad, scoop of chicken salad, crackers, pickle spear, and a cookie. Everything tasted very good. The salads were fresh and average size. The chicken salad was good. Surprisingly, it tastes like the chicken salad I make at home. The poblano soup came out hot and fresh. It was hot, creamy, full of chicken & veggies. Loved the fresh seasonal salad, the poppy seed dressing was the star, very tasty. Very unassuming plain cookie, but it’s really good. Soft interior with soft icing. The icing has a strong vanilla flavor, which I love, so I thought it was very good. The restaurant itself was clean and fairly quiet with normal background chatter. The bathrooms were clean. As for the service, everyone had a smile on their face and was very helpful and polite. My order did take a little bit on the longer side, but I wasn’t in a rush and it wasn’t incredibly long, just long enough where I wondered if maybe they forgot I was eating in and maybe it was on the counter. But just when I thought that, my food showed up, and the young lady was very apologetic for it taking a little longer than usual. Not a big deal. Sometimes, I’m glad we’re forced to slow down a bit. I enjoyed just sitting with my drink, relaxing, and enjoying my environment. A very southern thing to do in a southern inspired environment . I will definitely be returning. I love chicken salad & soups. So this place marries the 2 perfectly. The story behind the store is posted on their wall for folks to read, and it’s a sweet story of love, community, perseverance, and good food! Next time you’re in, take a sec to read it over. They also have a grab & go fridge if you can’t eat in as well as a drive-through. Some of their popular selections are in the grab & go fridge. Highly recommend this place. Keep up the good work here.

Ordered a chicken salad with 2 sides and asked for lettuce and tomato. Drove all the way home from Johnstown to Greeley to find that I was literally just given bread with nothing inside. When I called they said the only way they could fix this was if I came back and showed them proof that there was nothing inside. They said they wouldn’t offer anything else for coming back in other than fixing the order and said that they never just hand out bread with nothing inside. Didn’t even offer a refund

This was my second time visiting this establishment and I’m more disappointed than the first time. The first time I went there was one girl upfront running everything and seemed extremely overwhelmed. No one offered to help her. There were three other people in the kitchen, one of which was the manager. There were maybe 4 customers in the building and I waited over 20 minutes for my sandwich. The food was acceptable so I decided to give it another try a few days later. My mistake.
When I went to pick up my sandwich I gave it a quick glance to make sure it was correct before I left, but didn’t open it, unfortunately. Once I got back home I realized they forgot the tomatoes on my sandwich and had one fractured piece of bacon on the entire thing. I called and let them know what happened and they told me they could not offer me a refund since I wasn’t a rewards member, I told them I didn’t need a refund I would just like to have my sandwich remade and I could come and pick it up. I went and grabbed it a few minutes later and one of the tomatoes on it was the end that still had the piece of the stem on it. Needless to say I won’t be returning after these two experiences. A shame because the food was okay.

This was my very first visit to this national franchise. There’s one where I live in Wilmington NC. Haven’t been there. Portions were just right for me. I did expect a bigger soup. The soup was delicious, slightly spicy, not making my forehead sweat, kinda spicy. The Sassy Scottie was missing something. It was okay. Jersey Mike’s has a tuna with a bit of a bite in it. This salad could use that. Atmosphere was a bit like a diner from the 50’s with modern decor. I liked it. Peaceful for me since I had the place to myself. It was incredibly clean. The landlord needs to fix the leak in the ceiling, or just replace the tiles. Overall it was good . Just one suggestion. No one will be offended by anyone without a face full of metel in their nose.
