Clean and quiet location to enjoy a healthy lunch. The menu is simple and prices are low. Salads, cold sandwiches, soups, fruit cups, and desserts. Seating and parking is plentiful. Self serve free refills on drinks. Single person restrooms are kept clean. However, the interior carpet could use more frequent sweeping.

Today I decided I wanted a lighter lunch and thought of trying this restaurant because its close and easy for me to grab some lunch and get back home to work. I went to the front to order, and I don’t feel like the young lady at the front was very helpful while taking my order. I explain this was my first time there, as she could see that I had a look of confusion as I was looking at the menu and how I was supposed to order. I ended up ordering a signature chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. I also ordered the potato soup which was amazing. I was disappointed to see that my croissant was hard and stale. I feel like this sandwich was a waste of money. I am highly disappointed. But none the less the atmosphere was nice, inviting, and clean.

Great food and excellent service. They have a variety of chicken salads to choose from. The portions are quite generous too. They let you sample the chicken salads too if you cannot decide. The restaurant was very clean and the lady helping us was the nicest person. Will definitely be going back here more often.

Chicken Salad Chick came through for us for FFA spirit night with delivery to our booster meeting and it was a hit. The Missouri City location was already highly recommended by friends. We ordered the Sassy Scotty, Lauryn’s Lemon Basil and Fancy Nancy and were well pleased with all three selections. Looking forward to trying the other flavors soon!

The food is great. I always order The Chick with a scoop of chicken salad and macaroni and cheese (the small cookie is great when you only want a couple bites of something sweet). The portion size is perfect (enough to satisfy, but not so big you are stuffed). I’ve liked every scoop I’ve ordered so far (I’ve tried 3 versions).
The restaurant is kept super clean. Service is quick, even when they are busy.
Everyone is friendly.
I’ve never noticed music (they either don’t play it or it so low you don’t notice it), so the restaurant doesn’t get loud from people trying to be heard over music. Even when almost every table was full I was able to read without distraction.
They have plenty of tables of varying size, so they can easily accommodate 1-5 people in the main section (made up of 2-person tables and 4-person booths), and 2-16 along the side wall (8 2-person tables that can be regrouped).
March 2026 Update
They move pretty quickly after you leave your table to wipe it down so it is ready for the next person. I typically sit at the 2-person table nearest the door because I’m often by myself and I read while I eat. A few days ago, I was in a rush out and left my e-reader on the table. Everyone leaving the restaurant would have seen the device and been able to swipe it. But, because they clean the tables to quickly, an employee moved it to the lost and found and I was able to get it back!

What stood out most was how she interacted with my daughter, who has a disability. Miss Georgia went above and beyond to ensure my daughter felt comfortable, confident, and included. Today was our first visit. Entering we found an extremely clean restaurant. We picked up a variety of items and a beverage. I don’t know what they do to their beverage dispensers but my Coke zero was one of the best I’ve ever had. All of the food items had generous amounts and were delicious. We’ll be back.
