First of all the grape salad to die for!! But, I had a large group of ladies that dined in the store today and we couldn’t have received better service. Not only was all the food impeccable but Jerry the manager came by and ensured we didn’t need anything and were taken care of several times. What great quality of good and customer service this location has! Highly recommend for a great lunch with friends.

So I really wanted to like this place but it was very disappointing when it came to the food. Service was great! Inside was boring and very cold. But I care more about what im paying for. Way too much for cold sandwiches and hardly filling. The breads should be soft and warm or toasty with good size amount of filling. We tasted more bread than chicken. And it was all very bland. I think HEB salads are by far tastier. Appreciated the service but won’t be coming back.

First impressions, this place is fantastic! They have a cute diner, and the chicken salad is delicious! I like the one with cranberries and almond slivers. I also had the chicken tortilla soup and it was very good! Hopefully the drive thru is faster than going inside for take-out but worth the wait.

It was my first time ever to order from Chicken Salad Chick, and I wont be back. I made an online order and drove into the drive thru to pick it up. Not realizing until I was already stuck in line that I was supposed to go inside to get my order. Again, first time customer here. I told the guy on the menu intercom that I had an online order and I didn’t realize I needed to go inside to get it. He told me it was fine and that I could pick it up at the window.
When I pull up to the window, I tell them I have a pickup order and give them my name. A man returns to the window and tells me my order has been canceled by the people inside. I asked him why. Which he responds with “I dont know. They dont tell me why”. I asked him if I could please get my order because I didn’t cancel it. He tells me that I can come inside and reorder my food. I tell him that its my first time to try Chicken Salad Chick and would like a reason why my order was just randomly canceled. He tells me again that, “They won’t tell me why they canceled it, but you can pull around and come inside and reorder.”
Um, no thanks! What horrible customer service! If it was their fault for canceling my order, the least they could do is retake my order right there at the window for my convenience.
Also, I’m not going inside to reorder something I have already paid for and haven’t even received a refund for yet.
I guess I won’t ever be trying Chicken Salad Chick.

I was in last week to pick up potato soup for a sick friend. Got me something as well. They told me about your Thursday fee scoop of chicken salad. I went back Thursday and got me some grape salad and Brochelli salad as well. I love the grape salad and the brochelli salad was good too. I had never had it. I was extremely impressed with my server Jay. Very nice young man and helpful and enjoyed talking with him. His customer service interaction is great. . I have family who have a business in another town and I work there during the holidays.The young people they have are lacking in customer service and interacting with the customers, that’s important. They seem to be into themselves. I can tell you Jay is a very good employee I can see him doing great things in the future.

Went in about 7 pm on a Tuesday. Placed my order and sat down and waited. The young man preparing the food told Amethyst that they were out of the Cranberry Kelli – my husband and I both ordered it. She went back and made it fresh for us! Thank you Amethyst, it was delicious!

The employees are always really nice but that doesn’t compensate for the consistent issues with this location. Whether it be them being out of half their menu in the middle of the day, their online portal not being updated for what they are out of, orders coming out wrong, or their phone being turned off when I try to make a call-in order, I can almost always guarantee something will go wrong.

Returning customer: 09/22/2025 Liam did a FANTASTIC job with active listening. I am one who likes my stuff to be precise and wow!! I had to call in today to tell assist mgr how awesome that young man was. I found out his name is Liam. He entered in everything just right and he dbl checked the melts were toasted and correct. Very good food and good job Liam!
Past visit: I returned today, Wow can I say from the service to the quantity and quality of the food did a 180 from the last time I was here. I give y’all 5 stars today. The young lady who took my order thru the drive thru was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me the bread options when ordering. I didn’t even know I had options. The meal with sandwich and scoop was proportionate to the cost I paid. Thank you so much!!! I’d give 10 stars if I could. Today I ordered The Chick with the Carol sandwich on white not toasted with lettuce and tomato and a scoop of fruity Fran it is so good!!!

Egg sandwich?? Where is the egg salad? Then maverick charged me $4.99 instead of the $2.49 for the chicken salad scoop. He needs more training and the kitchen too! They were closed when I tried to return to get it corrected.

First time trying this location. I placed an online order and the food was ready on time. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. The young gentleman at the register was very polite. Food was fantastic. Will definitely be returning!
