Tamika at Chicken Salad Chick is absolutely amazing! Every time I come in, she treats not only me but every customer like family. She is so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. You can tell she truly cares about people and takes pride in making sure everyone has a great experience.
She’s incredibly attentive — always checking in to make sure everything is okay, asking if we need anything, and doing it all with the biggest smile. Even when it’s busy, she stays positive and upbeat. Her energy alone makes the atmosphere feel inviting and comfortable.

Lemon basil chicken salad scoop and egg salad scoop with mac n cheese. AWESOME!! I am staying at golden nugget casino. SO SO SO Glad I ventured out to find this cute spot! A must see for travelers. Their soups looked yummy! And they have a drive up. Of course I couldn’t leave with out trying this wonderful slice of cake ❤️

Miss O’Neal was the absolute sweetest person. Her customer service was so warm and welcoming. She was very informative of the menu. I will definitely go back! The food jalapeño holly is definitely worth checking out, they have so many options to choose from but not an overwhelming amount.

What an experience!!! This was my first time eating at a Chicken Salad Chick.
As soon as we walked in, the atmosphere was alive and vibrant and the restaurant was super clean! We were greeted by the owner, Cindy Self, within moments of our arrival. She explained the menu to us and offered samples of the different chicken salad flavors because it was my first time.
I tasted the Jalapeño Holly, which was good. I tasted the Kickin’ Kay Lynne, but landed on the seasonal Dillicious Diva. The Dillicious Diva got my attention right from the beginning. The cucumber & dill provided a perfect balance of refreshed excitement.
I opted for the Dillicious Diva on the chicken salad melt and was not disappointed. The warm and flaky croissant was amazing, and to complement it, I had the broccoli soup which was very tasty.
Bathrooms were very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I love Chicken Salad Chick & will definitely be back! Lake Charles got more than it bargained for with Mrs Cindy Self and her Chicken Salad Chick Store.

Drive thru works are extremely rude. Messed up my order and got an attitude with me about it acting like I was wrong despite the details being right there on the ticket taped to the bag. Sandwich was “fixed”
Extremely sloppy and when I bit into it, there was so much salt in the chicken salad it literally made my eyes water. Had to throw the whole thing away. Definitely won’t be back
