Very polite service and good quality food
Only place I know of that can give this many varieties of chicken salad
*And they give samples which I thought was very hospitable.
Very good place for those who want a light meal, looking to keep/maintain a diet as well as those on the go for lunch or dinner.
I myself ordered the Barbie-Q Chicken Salad BLT with Mac and Cheese and it did not disappoint!

You need to go just to see how cute it is! What a charming transition this space has had. This is a great spot for a quick lunch. I think it would even be fun to get something takeout for a family event. They have so many different chicken salads and you can sample them. They have plenty of people working and everything is bright and fresh and clean. I had the potato soup which was super cheesy and Rich. I also enjoyed fruity Frann, but next time I will be trying a different chicken salad. So they have chicken salad as a scoop or on any kind of bread that you might like, as well as other sandwiches and other salads on the menu and daily soups. The pricing seems fair.

There were 11 in our group and we arrived approximately 11:30. Two were in wheelchairs. There were 4 ages 55 and under, the rest of us were over 65. The majority of us were from a senior living facility.
They made accommodations for us to sit together and the wheelchairs were not in the aisles. A few had been there before so they knew how it worked.
You find a place to sit or go to the counter to order. The cashier was very knowledgeable. If you are getting a drink they will provide you with a cup and you go to the drink station. Then you take the table number and go to your seats.
They bring your food. Everything looked delicious and was based on the empty plates.
I recommend and will go back.

If you ever need an example of EXCELLENT customer service, visit CSC on Metcalf. Today is customer appreciation day and the line was still quick, staff was attentive and the dining room was clean. I was greeted with a free scoop and then Skyler took my order. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. While I was waiting Randall came out to ask if I knew that on of my options for a side had gluten. I hadn’t even told Skyler I was gluten free, I just asked for no crackers or cookie. Randall asked if I did have a gluten allergy and offered to sub my side option that was unsafe. I am blow away by how this staff goes above and beyond. I frequent the Lee’s Summit location and while they are great, Metcalf sets the bar. I love Chicken salad chick and will continue to frequent. Please consider a gluten free bread option! 🙂

Arrived @ 1 pm on the grand opening day. Super busy but they were prepared with a small army of employees. Made it through the line in about 5 min. Grabbed a bacon cheddar with. Olivia’s old south recipe with seasonal salad and my wife opted for a double scoop of Cranberry Kelli. With drinks was under $25! Grabbed a table and food arrived in about 10 min (not bad for day 1). Chicken salad was loaded with chicken, not May and fillers. Seasonal salad was strawberry and apple with feta and walnut. Good grubbin!

Tasty chicken salads! First time at this location and it did not disappoint. The broccoli salad is also very good. I haven’t tried anything they offer and not liked it! Definitely recommend.

Our first time. We each had a different flavor on croissants. Croissants were light and flaky. The 2 different flavors were each fantastic. Also had the grape and broccoli salad as our sides…also great. Will be back!

Ordered to go on 7.1 opening day. My cousin raved about this place when she visited North Carolina, so we couldn’t wait until they opened the one in OP. They did not disappoint. Great menu options. I had the Maui Mama which was sweet and spicy. I will be ordering from them again!
