So I have frequented this location a lot over the years. Not sure why I’ve never done a review. But I enjoy all the chicken salad flavors, Fancy Nancy is my favorite. They have really good potato soup and every meal comes with a pickle spear. You also get a small frosted cookie which is very good if you like frosted cookies. And to all the Dr Pepper fans, they have a good mix of Dr Pepper. I come in with a group and several different ladies and by myself when I just need some down time. It’s decorated cute and all the staff have always been friendly and kind.

We bought chicken salad chick to go because they had a deal that if you bought a large chicken salad you got another large chicken salad for free which is a great deal because their large chicken salad is $13.99. I cannot believe the great deals they offer sometimes during holidays like this one for Mother’s Day! Everything was fresh but the grape salad was a huge hit for our family and definitely our favorite.

I didn’t really care to much for this place the chicken Salad was good but they are super stingy with the chicken salad. I had the Jalapeño Holly, Barbecue, Scooty and the Lemon Basil. Flavor wise Holly8/10, Scooty 6/10, Lemon Basil 7/10 and Barbecue 8/10. The crossiant was terrible. It wasn’t flaky or tasty. The Broccoli Salad was Good. The pasta salad was good as well. The Mac and Cheese was awful. No flavor at all 4/10. Portion Game 4/10. Price Game 9/10 Food Game 6/10. Overall Chicken Salad Chick 6/10. I will come back again and try different stuff.

We came from out of town and ended up going to Chicken Salad Chick three times before leaving—yes, it was that good! This cute little place completely won us over. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially on our first visit when they took the time to explain how everything worked and walked us through all the different types of chicken salad.
The food was amazing! You can choose to have your chicken salad on different types of bread or a croissant, or simply enjoy it as scoops with crackers. They also offer great sides like grape salad, broccoli salad, pasta salad, and more. Each meal even comes with a little cookie—adorable and delicious.
Honestly, I don’t understand the negative reviews. We loved everything about this place and will definitely be back whenever we’re in town.

Whether it’s in Bloomington or in East Peoria, CSC rules! The staff here is always friendly, they know my order and get my takeout to me fast. I was there about 2:15 on the 30th and the lunch staff was great. One took care of customers trying samples (if you didn’t know, you can sample their MANY different varieties, my fav is the Fancy Nancy sandwich) the other answered questions, and the third jumped in and took my order since she knew my regular meal. Great teamwork and well-staffed team

Best chicken salad I’ve ever had. Walked in and was immediately greeted by smiling faces. First clue that they love what they’re doing. The girl at the counter walked me through the menu and offered samples of anything I wanted to try….unheard of in this day and age. Ordered any meal and it was beyond words. They have chicken salad figured out. The pasta salad and pickle we’re a great side and the cookie I didn’t know about was the end of a great meal. Can’t wait to come back and try something new!

Nicole was very rude to her coworker. My boyfriend and I were appalled by her behavior. The food was excellent. And the coworker who Nicole was rude to (forgot her name) had excellent service. She has glasses and was the sweetest lady. Nicole needs a reality check.

Cute, dainty restaurant with friendly staff. Clean, fresh place. Clean restrooms. The food was good. I had the fruity fran chicken salad on toasted bread with a seasonal salad (spinach, bleu cheese, poppy seed dressing). I could’ve used a couple more grapes in the chicken salad and a little more toastiness on the bread, but the food was fresh and tasty. My salad was so so so good!!! The meal came with a pickle and cookie as well. It was perfect for a light meal. I was full without that unpleasant stuffed feeling. I’ll be visiting again!
