I had a very yummy Classic Carol with Sassy Scotty on a flaky buttery croissant. I also had a cup of chicken soup. This was served with a mini butter cream frosted cookie a pickle slice and wheat crackers.
My husband had a Classic Carol on a croissant with a grape salad.
We both thoroughly enjoyed every bite.
I sure wish we had one of these in Cedar Rapids.
The staff was extremely helpful, kind and courteous.

Tried Chicken Salad Chick for the first time and was impressed by the kind and attentive staff and delicious food.
“The Chick” is a great deal giving you a sandwich or scoop with a side. I ordered the Chicken Salad Melt with the Buffalo Barclay Chicken Salad and had their Chicken Poblano soup as my side. Both items were extremely tasty with the perfect amount of spice. My meal also came with crackers and a small frosted sugar cookie.
My husband had the Classic Carol Chicken Salad on the Melt along with their Mac and Cheese. He said his sandwich and mac and cheese were a 5/5!
They offer a drive through, and some grab and go options in the lobby too.
Highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. Difficult to find out much about it on Google reviews, not may photos or a menu. However, it should be better with this review.
Very nice hard working couple own the franchise. Plenty of employees to get the orders out, very short wait time. Handy drive though. We left at about noon and there were about a half dozen people inside, but the waiting line for the drive up was into the parking lot.
Lots of fun things on the menu, whether you like chicken salad or not, and lots of healthy options, too.

My son and I had a delicious lunch at Chicken Salad Chick. The ambiance is very relaxing and the food is great. The customer service is above and beyond. I accidentally left my wallet at the restaurant. A member of their staff personally drove it to my house, without us asking, to return the wallet. I am so thankful for the above and beyond customer service!

A welcome departure from traditional fast food. I was looking for a non-greasy fast food option and this place fit the bill! I ordered “The Chick” with the broccoli salad as my side. Each order comes with a buttercream cookie and kosher dill pickle spear. You gotta try this place!

Its almost difficult to know where to start with this one. Everything was so GOOD. From the atmosphere to the good, and of course the service, it gets top ranking from me. I thoroughly enjoyed a chicken salad sandwich ( The Carol” on a croissant with lettuce and tomato, with a grape salad side. I loved every bite. The atmosphere is homey and comfortable. The staff, attentive, informative, and friendly -available yo help guide first timers through the menu. I anxiously await my next visit!

Went here to pick up a couple of the to-go chicken salads and thought spending $8 for an 8oz container of just chicken salad was pretty steep. While the chicken salad was good, I was shocked at the nutrition, or lack of, in these. This chain boasts healthy eating while one 4oz serving of their chicken salad offers a whopping 41 grams of fat. That’s sort of insane to me? Thats worse than a McDonald’s Big Mac. One of the flavors I got was the fancy Nancy and though it advertises apples, pecans, and grapes- I only got a single grape (not even cut up) and zero pecans. Outside of the pricing and nutrition, the wait inside was so long and the line itself wrapped through the dining aisle. I would not enjoy sitting down to eat here at all with how crowded it was. It felt dysfunctional and I just wanted to get out of there. I should’ve went through the drive thru but I won’t go out of my way to go here again.

Meh. The gal at the counter low key upsold me. I got the chicken salad, with the jalapeno chicken salad on a bed of lettuce, and there was mold on the tomato. She asked if I wanted another scoop of chicken salad when I said I didn’t want dressing, so I assumed she was just adding another scoop instead. She ended up charging me extra. Then they gave me the regular chicken salad and not what I initially ordered. They ended up giving me cash back, which is also annoying. I hate carrying cash. 2 stars because the decor is cute and the cake was yum.
