Chicken Salad is one of my favorite things! This restaurant has a variety of chicken salad sandwiches on croissant or different breads or a scoop on a bed of lettuce. You can get a side of soup, mac and cheese or the like. I got tomato bisque soup. It was delicious. They automatically gave me a water cup when I didn’t order a drink. The water was crystal clear and delicious. I do not like all water…. The staff was VERY nice and patient explaining the menu as it was my first visit. Everything was very clean. Food was prompt and good. Will go again!!

I went into this knowing only that there is a location in Arkansas that I never tried, and that they obviously serve chicken salad. I love chicken salad so I was looking forward to this visit. I just walked out, went to my car, and started this review, after being shocked to find so many lower ratings. I personally had a very good first visit of never being in a Chicken Salad Chick. Cute atmosphere, clean, and tablecloths (nice personal touch). My first step into the place I felt very comfortable. The cashier was smiley and friendly (and patient) as I was viewing the choices for the first time. Went with Chick melt and was glad to be able to choose any version of chicken salad to it. I went with the potato soup. I ordered a sweet tea and when I realized they had watermelon sweet tea at the fountain, and went with that instead (it was good). When receiving my meal at my table, I was pleasantly surprised by an individual-size cookie that came with it. The cookie was another unexpected touch, and it was good, too! I am very pleased with the fast service and food quality. The pricing and quality of food is comparable to Panera, but very uniquely their own.

I was happy to partake in the Pimento cheese Croissant and fruit and the Jalapeño Chix salad on Toast with all the Veggie goodies added. It was not a disappointment! So delish and Just about so Fresh and Zingy were they both that they are now on our quick to return list! Ya know, if you havnt had the Joy of that cookie they So quietly Give to the side of your plate? WELL! There is a Suprise Smile Wrapped in that! Chicken salad is awesome. Great selection. If you order a salad, the description says the salad includes tomatoes and cucumbers. Well…….nope! Lettuce and chicken salad only. Come on. The dressing provided was enough to cover 1/3 of the lettuce.
Register is slow and employees are generally disengaged. I’ll not return unless it’s to pick up the pre made chicken salad to go.

Been wanting to try for awhile and so glad I did, they have several different variations of chicken salad. I like mine with an onion flavor and they had it, I chose the broccoli salad which was excellent, you get crackers with your meal and a cookie and pickle, everything was great and the even had Sobi pomegranate water as a choice on the pop machine, will definitely be back.

I came in to pick up an order. There was no one at the register. I made eye contact with 2 people in the kitchen. They continued working as if no one was standing there. I finally audibly said “Hello.” to see if I would get service. No one replied and I continued standing there for a few more moments. As I was finally getting ready to leave someone came from the lobby came up to hand me my order. I would not recommend at all.
