Went opening day and service and food was awesome. Have gone a couple times since and both have gone down more each time. Out of white bread and ice seems crazy! Went with my husband at 7pm a couple weeks after opening and we waited 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches. For that kind of wait I expect a filled to the brim dining room. It definitely wasn’t. Quite a few staff walking around like they don’t know what they are supposed to be doing. Hopefully they work on their training process quickly and it improves.

We went on the grand opening day, and we LOVED it! The Jalapeño Holly melt on a croissant was my favorite, and the spicy pimento cheese was also amazing. My toddler, who is very hard to please, liked everything he tried. We even bought multiple containers of chicken salad to take home because it was so yummy.

First time here. Ordered the chicken salad melt with lauryn’s lemon basil chicken salad as my choice. Came with choice of broccoli salad, grape salad, fresh fruit or Mac n cheese. Or a choice of soups. I chose the tortilla soup. It was very tasty. Flavored just right. It came with a sour cream dollop. Next time I will ask for no sour cream. The sandwich was divine with a croissant as the bread. Loved the taste of the basil.

Stopped in to give them a try, have been looking forward to it. Did take out and got home without mac&cheese order and no dressing for side salad. So the food was good, looks like a nice place to sit and enjoy your meal. The prep side failed. Will see how they take care of it.

Wasn’t as good as I was hoping. The quality of chicken was there, but didn’t taste seasoned. We tried 2 different kinds and they tasted the same. Was really hoping it would be better than McAllister’s, yet I was missing their chicken salad the entire time I ate. Also I like my sweet tea sweet, but theirs tasted like liquid cane sugar with no tea. I get the employees are still learning, but the trainer didn’t help the girl that took our order with confidence explaining the menu to us. She barely knew how to read the soup of the day. Not a very neurodivergent friendly place as well so beware that it is a very over stimulating atmosphere (at least while ordering at the counter.) Hopefully the longer it is open it will become more chill.

Today I tried this place for the first time and well it was not as good as I was hoping. Service was great and the wait time in the drive thru was good. I ordered the classic chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. It was ok, I felt like it was missing something and the croissant was dry. The loaded baked potato soup was good. Overall it was an ok experience.
