Chicken salad was mehhh! I asked if the soup was non-dairy. She said nope! It definitely had dairy. Exchanged for chips. I found a Hair in my box! Bright and Red just like the girl preparing the food. So gross. I informed the girl at the cash register and she didn’t offer any kind of refund or credit. Never coming back.

I went here for lunch with another person. When the food was served we immediately noticed that the sandwiches were burnt looking. We weren’t going to say anything until we also figured out that the sandwiches were paired with the wrong sides after one of us took a bite. We asked for both to be remade due to us getting the wrong sandwiches and the fact that they were burnt. They agreed to remake the sandwich that was bit out of but told us that they weren’t burnt, “it’s just the way they’re made.” It wasn’t my first trip, so I know better. When the remade sandwich finally came out, it wasn’t even the correct sandwich. They made it with a completely different chicken salad. Considering the rudeness of the staff, I just decided to reach out to corporate about the situation. They did offer to give me a credit on my rewards account but I didn’t have one. In response, they said they would have the manager from the location reach out to me. I never heard from the manager. Clearly this location is not ran properly, so beware.

This was my second time at Chicken Salad Chick. If you’re thinking how much variety can chicken salad possibly have? You’d be surprised. They have an extensive menu, and the options are tasty. You can also get soup or a side with your sandwich and the meal comes with a mini frosted cookie — like Buskin’s — and a pickle.

Totally impressed with the young man Jordan who waited on me. If more employees were like Jordan courteous, friendly and helpful it would be the biggest plus for their businesses. Employees should realize that it is the people who wait on you that give the first impression that make you want to come back. Yes, it does matter if the food is good, but if you have a rude employee, you’re never going to come back whether the food is good or not.

They’ve found their niche and expanded upon it but not in a way that feels repetitive or boring.
