Absolutely love this location of Chicken Salad Chick. The atmosphere is amazing. Even during lunch rush, the staff was so kind and got my food out to me promptly. Heather really went above in beyond with making sure I had a good visit. She checked on me throughout might visit & took the time to converse and give the kid in-front of my me as sticker. Highly recommended, they’ve never missed!

I absolutely love this place and typically always have a great experience. However, I just went to the Oakley location and had the rudest person take my order. She was glaring at me the entire time I was giving my order. She did not take my order correctly but I didn’t even care or correct her because I just wanted to get out of there. She forgot to give me my drink (that she charged me for), so I patiently waited for her to be done taking my friend’s order before asking for my drink cup. She then continued to glare at me and annoyingly handed me my cup. Very hostile and taken back.

My husband and I split up the Buffalo Barclay and Sassy Scotty. We each had our own pasta salad and cookie, while I had sweet tea and he had a soda.
He absolutely loved the Buffalo, while I liked it, but it was a little on the hot side for me. The Sassy Scotty – with bacon, ranch, and cheddar cheese – was perfect for me.
The cookie was soft, and pasta salad had just enough dressing.
Clean bathrooms, pleasant place to stop for lunch, and friendly staff.
Highly recommend.

Good Food, Prepared Fast!: I placed my order online and it was ready when I arrived about 7 minutes later! I really appreciated the timeliness. (I frequently order online from other restaurants and I often have to wait for my food anyway.) The staff was pleasant and polite. The restaurant was clean and neat. The chicken salad was good. It’s not close to where I live but I will be going back.

Food was good, clearly fresh, but there was nothing melted on my chicken melt… It was a cold chicken salad sandwich on a cold croissant with cold cheese. Yea it tasted good, but definitely not melted.
I’m 4 minute drive away, which is when I then opened up the box, took a bite, and realized they just gave me a regular chicken salad sandwich.
The loaded potato soup had good flavor, but also lacked any heat. The cheese they put on top wasn’t even melted.

7:25 enter to order, employees already closing everything up, including the mats as customers are coming in. Originally told only out of a couple salads and potato soup. After ordering, told no bacon for BLT sandwiches. Switched to croissants (which were very tasty however only enough salad to barely cover the bread. Thankfully the croissants were good.) request additional chicken salad for side, everyone I chose they were then out of. And after confirming buffalo available for sandwiches, the manager had to go and make it. Confirmed before order if beverages, Diet Coke and Tea were still available and the manager confirmed yes. Cashed out, went to get beverages, employee had already dumped the teas, filled one glass with soda and then she pulled the knobs – no more soda. All interaction with employees was very rude and short answers. Customer service was FAR from their priority!! I understand needing to close in a timely manner but your customers should always be first. Very sad, this was my first experience at the Oakley store – and will be my last!! VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me and it might be the worst location I’ve ever been to. Management has no idea how to manage a company or hire respectful employees. I went here about 45 minutes before they closed and apparently they were out of almost all their sides. The only sides left were there really crappy sides that no one wants, which is why they were the only ones left. Good business would have said this online order let’s just partially refund them because we don’t have any sides. This business owner isn’t very good at business so instead they charge you and force you to take a really crappy side or no side at all. The sandwich isn’t worth what I paid for it especially since the side is just going to probably grow moldy in my fridge and I’ll have to throw it away.
