Like no other around. It is very clean and nice looking inside. Employees are friendly and helpful. They have several chicken salad options to choose from. They will give you small samples to help you choose. Pretty good tasting items. The grape salad as side is really great tasting. They also have regular sandwiches if chicken salad isn’t your thing. The cookie that comes with your combo meal is very good as well. A little pricey depending on what you order.

I ordered half a sandwich with soup and large drink. The pos system was acting up, so they had to do my order twice. I did not realize that, instead of a half a sandwich, she rang a sandwich. Or they dont serve half a sandwich. I dont know. Then she gave me a medium drink cup, instead of large. But she did exchange it to large after I reminded her.
By the time I got to my table from the drink fountain, the food arrived as well. That is when I realized that there was more food than what I expected. Regardless, it was tasty. Definetely going back to try one of the salads

Ordered 2 sandwiches
1 white bread no toast.
1 wheat bread toasted.
Both sandwiches came toasted on wheat and were burnt.
Won’t be back got it to go.
I normally do not give detailed reviews, but when the bread is wrong and burnt. Not happy.
My wife went back to the restaurant
They offered to make my food again and gave her a refund did not get the food again just took the refund thanks for that.

Loved this unique fast food specialty restaurant! We tried several things. I got chicken salad on a croissant and loved it. My hubby got the spicy pimento cheese and I got a taste. It was delicious as well! The sides were unique and all very fresh and good! The dessert was pina colada cheesecake and it just melted in your mouth! Each meal came with a little butter cookie with icing on it! So cute and again very moist and yummy! Definitely will visit here again!!

Today I came into chicken salad chick
I witnessed a young man fulfilling orders for another customer and another gentleman casually leaning against a door frame.
I was not welcomed in and waited a few minutes to be acknowledged. A couple gentlemen came in after me and the man that was casually leaning against the door frame promptly greeted them.
It wasn’t until the first gentleman was almost done helping his original customer that the gentleman that ignored me decided to snap his fingers at him and demand he see what I needed.
This is very unprofessional on so many levels

Adorable little place. I feel like the portion size for the amount spent wasn’t balanced, but the food is good. I do eat here from time to time. I thought the BBQ Chicken Salad needed more BBQ flavor than it had. There was only a hint of BBQ taste to it. I like heavier seasoning. The pasta salad is one of the best I have ever had. The little complimentary cookie they give you is a perfect sweet treat!!

I called ahead with a few questions and special requests for my order. I spoke with Erich (manager) and he was so helpful, understanding of the situation, and extremely accommodating. I appreciate him so much!!!! He was just as helpful in-store from the moment I walked in! The restaurant was cute and clean, which I enjoyed taking note of while waiting for my order. I got Lauryn’s Lemon Basil, The Dixie Chick, and Olivia’s Old South. All were delicious! I definitely will be going back! Thank you again to Erich!!!!

Bad experience. The worst part of it is how they handle their mistakes. Pretty much say, so what!! I didn’t get silverware and was charged almost $3.00 for tap water. I called back and was NEVER told I am sorry or come back for your money, they don’t charge for water. Just said , ok. Goodbye . I am in a business that asks me everyday for a good place to eat. I USED TO recommend Chicken Salad Chick. But won’t be doing that anymore.
