Love this restaurant. The chicken salad comes in many flavors and is amazing. Had the original (classic Carol) chicken salad sandwich on toasted bread. They also have lemon basil, a cranberry Kelli, Olivia’s old South, and many other flavors. They offer a variety of salads, mac and cheese and pimento cheese. The atmosphere is very modern and classy. Service is excellent and keeps everything moving quickly. I visited the one in Brannon Crossing, but they now also have one at Hamburg, which I am anxious to visit. If you like a good chicken salad, you have to try Chicken Salad Chick.

I like the decor. The staff were courteous we were first time customers, so it would’ve been nice to have a little bit more explanation of what you could get. Food was delicious. There just wasn’t enough of it. My wife is gluten intolerant. They didn’t have any gluten-free bread which is fine but when you get your chicken salad without a croissant, it’s not very filling.

I have heard good things about this restaurant for a while. We happened to be on that side of town so we gave it a try. My husband doesn’t like chicken salad but they do have other offerings such as a Turkey Club & Pimento Cheese. The service was friendly and super quick. The flavors were good. I had The Jalapeno Holly had the perfect amount of heat and the grape salad was delicious. I wouldn’t drive across town to eat here but if we are on that side of town it is a good option.

The food here is delicious! I had the Fancy Nancy chicken salad on a croissant with a side of pasta salad. (Ordered as a meal with sandwich, side, pickle spear and cookie – drinks are separate). Everything was flavorful and satisfying. It even came with a cookie! I would definitely order again if back in the area

Food tasted good , but there was so little of it. My bLt had no lettuce, one tiny barely cooked piece of bacon and a tomato that was barely ripe and could read the Lord’s Prayer through it. There was so little chicken salad on the croissant, I couldn’t taste it. The broccoli salad was good , but again, there was only about 3-4 bites of it. Overpriced for basically a croissant. I won’t recommend or return.
