Great food! I didn’t dine in; had mine to go but delicious. Nice restaurant; only bummer is this one doesn’t have a drive through like some of the other ones. Other than that; staff was friendly and ready to help me, order was out quickly, and food was what I expected. Will go back next time I’m in town.

I am a chicken salad lover, and if you’re like me, you will love The Chicken Salad Chick!! It is a nice atmosphere when you walk in and the young lady at the counter was really friendly. I told her that I had just heard about the place and wanted to try it. She let me taste several different kinds of chicken salad until I found the one I liked. My daughter and I brought containers of chicken salad, sandwiches, chips, soup, and drinks!! This place is a 5 out of 5 for me!!

OMG!! I tried this place out for the 1st time and I was definitely impressed.. For starters I liked the way the restaurant was set up, the smell, and the décor. The staff is friendly and very helpful.. DJ took my order, and he also informed me about app and the survey on the receipt. He was very extremely nice and welcoming as soon as I came in the door. He greeted me immediately!!! I will definitely be back. The chicken salad is also awesome I tried the Fruity Fran and and the Fancy Nancy, along with the croissants.. Of the 2 that I purchased the Fruity Fran is my favorite. If you are a chicken salad fan you should definitely give this restaurant a try. Many different options.

Me and my girlfriend had a great time! It’s the perfect comfort food. I got the Chicken Salad BLT with the Loaded Potato Soup and added a scoop of the Lemon Basil Chicken Salad. All of it was extremely refreshing. They also gave us a each a little sugar cookie to enjoy after our meal. We will be back!

A unique dining experience over chicken salad. It sounds crazy but what a great idea and tasty. You can get several different flavors either as a scoop or on a sandwich. I tried the egg salad on white bread and was very good. Wife got the Buffalo chicken and was also good.

The food here is delicious! I had the Fancy Nancy chicken salad on a croissant with a side of pasta salad. (Ordered as a meal with sandwich, side, pickle spear and cookie – drinks are separate). Everything was flavorful and satisfying. It even came with a cookie! I would definitely order again if back in the area

I stopped by for the first time and I was not disappointed! The food was just amazing! That was the best potato soup I’ve ever eaten! The place was clean and the staff was superb. Definitely will be returning!

I ordered the classic chicken salad BLT with a cup of broccoli & cheese soup. My wife ordered the chicken salad BLT and a cup of the loaded potato soup. Both soups were excellent. The sandwiches , however, were a disappointment. They were ordered toasted but the bread was not toasted but grilled on one side only. This left the sandwich limp and cold. The bacon was not crisp and ate as though it was also limp and fatty. The chicken salad was the original flavor and really did not have a lot of flavor. It was well prepared and had the texture of chicken salad that I prefer. The next time I will order one of the other many flavors of chicken salad they offer. Even though I carried out, I did notice the cleanliness of the restaurant and the enjoyable atmosphere that I would like to try during lunch time.

Not up to par during our recent visit. The orders were incorrect, sandwiches were made poorly (croissant seemed stale, chicken salad was not spread evenly in the sandwich and the chicken salad ingredients were not chopped finely enough to fit in the sandwich). The portions also seemed smaller than previous visits. It is too bad, as we have enjoyed this restaurant in the past, and find excuses to be near this location at noontime so we can enjoy lunch.
