What a brilliant concept! We enjoyed our first visit to Chicken Salad Chick so much we returned 2 days later to try something else. The food is fresh and delicious. There are so many varieties of chicken salad. You can have them on a sandwich, in a salad, or with crackers. A cookie and a dill pickle spear are included. I recommend Dillicious Diva and Fancy Nancy.

My wife works in the area and eats here often as well as picking up to go orders to bring home. However, the last visit was somewhat unexpected. After placing an order, she realized that she was being charged $1.50 for a kids cup of water. Never being charged for water before, she was a bit shocked. It’s certainly not the 1.50, but rather the principle of the charge. Certainly hope this was an oversight and not the norm. If you need to charge customers for water, maybe inform them beforehand. Food is always excellent but I’m sorry, I’m not paying for a small cup of water from your faucet.

A pretty nice location of Chicken Salad Chick. It’s clean and well kept (even the bathroom). The staff is friendly and checks in on you. The chicken salad croissant sandwich was as expected. It’s good to know that between this location and Gulfport, they keep consistency.

I have visited this particular store many times in the past and generally have a good experience. I was ordering right before closing and decided to grab a slice of red velvet cake as well as my classic chicken salad and pimento cheese. I was not a fan of the pimento cheese. Just tasted like a mess of shredded cheese with a little something to hold it all together. My more serious issue was the red velvet cake slice. When I bit down, I was aware of an issue. I’m not sure what the hard objects are. I did get a call from the franchise owner but wasn’t able to focus as I was on my way to dentist for crack in tooth. Incident may or may not be connected but, ironically, a day or two apart. I’m not sure if it was franchise/owner or baker? that called and while not a huge deal. Cake slice $6. it was more their lack of followup after calling me. So, let me post my picture from the new Red Velvet Cake if I can. Sorry, not letting me add the picture.

A delightful restaurant offering salads, sandwiches, soups and desserts. The dining area is spacious and well decorated. The service is fast and friendly. I had the pimento cheese and chicken salad with a diet Coke. My husband had the turkey pesto sandwich with a bowl of loaded baked potato soup. The portion sizes are generous and our meal was served with plenty of crackers and a lemon shortbread cookie (a nice touch!). The place was not busy and we enjoyed our meal.

Lisa was absolutely amazing! I wasn’t done shopping and I got a slice of cake and she offered me a bag of ice to keep my cake cool! She was the sweetest person I’ve ever met working in a restaurant! She needs a HUGE raise!

I had my first experience today at the Chicken Salad Chick and it was a very good one. It is a new business in the D’Iberville Promenade. The atmosphere is very “chicky” and is a true representation of the business logo. It did not take long to make my order and it came out very quickly. I had the Spicy Pimento Cheese Club and I was very happy with it. They offer catering, convenient already made to go salads, online ordering, and even have an app to build up to free food and other bonuses. It lacks the “fast food” feel and everything seems to be in the “healthy” realm (at least compared to all the major fast food places). All in all my experience was very pleasureable and I will be returning to try out some more menu items. Try it out, I do not think you will be disappointed.

Went to the D’Iberville location and got a turkey club with broccoli sald to go the Saturday after Thanksgiving and I should have looked in the box before I walked out…
The pickle was about as big as my thumb and there was hardly any broccoli salad… the sandwich was dry as hell, looked like they just stained the croissant with honey mustard… my order literally looked like it was prepared for a toddler and I’m a grown man…
You just don’t get the same respect with to go orders in this place… hungry an hour later… maybe after they see my half a million views, they’ll do better…

I will totally go back to try some more flavors! I didn’t know what to get, so I played it safe with the classic chicken salad scoop. It was okay, not bad or anything, I’m just ready to graduate to something more bold in flavor. The potato soup and pasta salad were really good! The service was friendly and great! The atmosphere was chill, could use an update. It was a lighter option than pub food or typical fast food.
