This is my second time at this location and being treated rudely I thought maybe the first time it was just a fluke, but this time it was by a man that says he’s the owner. I ordered chicken salad. That had absolutely no taste and I was told that he’s not going to replace it and that I can leave. He doesn’t need anyone in his store complaining about his food.

Olivia’s Old South on a croissant with an extra scoop & my extra side was grape salad. The whole meal is to die for (not literally, but you know what I mean. ). I even suggested the Olivia’s Old South to another soon to be customer of Chicken Salad Chick. She tried another kind but liked Olivia’s Old South better. It was just sweet enough for her.

I’ve been here twice with my wife and kid. Both times we felt welcomed and the food was amazing. I had the Sassy Scotty the first time and decided second time to get a scoop of it plus the Fruity Fran. Both are fantastic. The quality is consistent in both times I had the Sassy Scotty. Fruity Fran had the perfect mix to get the right amount fruit and chicken in each bite. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it doesn’t go unnoticed by my family. 10,000,000/10, highly recommend.

Staff at the counter were rude. I stood there for 5 minutes while two girls talked. They finally ask me what I wanted. Then never said thank you or anything. They delivered the food with no silverware and when I ask if I could get some the girl acted like I had ask for a million bucks…
