So irritating that the drive through window staff consistently leaves out items from your order. My mom is elderly and can’t travel well and its very irritating to be back home with her settled only to find you did not get what you paid for and that she was looking forward to eating. This is an ongoing problem.

I haven’t been to chicken salad chick much. So I came in today to see what this was all about. I’d only been one time.
I was greeted by a lovely employee who was very polite and friendly with my many questions. They allowed me to actually try a couple of flavors so I could get one I actually liked! And I then placed my order.
They were so helpful in recommending what I should try to get me steered in the right direction to get started! I was super happy for their guidance!!
Highly recommended 10/10!!! Or. 5/5 as google says.

Before Chicken Salad Chick came to Arlington, I had only had it at events where it was catered. I liked it but wasn’t obsessed. Well, now I’ve eaten in the restaurant and had drive thru a few times. The staff is always pleasant and the food is great. I’m pretty obsessed I had the chicken salad melt with the fancy Nancy recently and it’s surprisingly my ‘go to’ meal now. Plus the small cookie is a nice touch for a sweet treat at the end

I think Shrinkage has come to the Chick! I was confused that this constituted a bowl of Broccoli Cheese soup for 5.49. The total for my order without a drink was 15$ and some change. For a scoop of Sassy Scotty, a complimentary cookie, pickle and some saltines. Reminded me to make my own with Rotisserie Chicken….Thanks Chick!

I’m usually a huge fan of chicken salad chick; however, lately the food has been disappointing me. The flavors are fine but my portion sizes keep getting smaller and smaller. I’ve noticed that if I get takeout, my portion sizes are almost guaranteed to be smaller. I don’t mind paying the price for a chicken salad sandwich meal, but I feel cheaper out when the proportion sizes don’t match what I pay.

First visit and even though it was busy the service was handled well. Two in the party and other than not getting food at the same time, service was good.
Food was tasty and portion side was good. The Club Sandwich was tasty as was the soup offering. The staff was friendly and helpful. With a visit to check out the offerings.

I love chicken salad chick and I’m so happy we have one in Arlington, but the last 2 times I’ve ordered food from them I’ve gotten home and have missed items. Maybe it’s better to eat in rather than take out. Hope it gets better in the future! Sweet staff though!

While the food is okay, the rewards program and accompanying app (the new version) need some work. Trying to scan the bar code from my recent receipt proved impossible, as did entering it manually into the app. Neither were accepted. The rewards program is probably more useful for people who have catering or bulk orders. It doesn’t seem to be designed for the average consumer. In any case, I can make better chicken salad on my own and probably won’t return to a CSC anytime soon.

This is such a cute little restaurant! I love the cozy atmosphere! Every chicken salad I have tried has been great! My favorites are the Fancy Nancy and Fruity Fran, but next time, I plan to try Lauryn’s Lemon Basil. Today, I got the classic salad, and I was disappointed in the amount of slimey greens. I was given a second bowl of greens, but I had to sort through that one as well. In the future, I’ll stick to the chicken salad.

This was my first time coming here & it was so delicious. They have so many different options & healthy sides! The flavors are all delicious! The customer service was amazing. We got our food out in a timely manner! Their cookies are also one of the best parts. It was clean & the atmosphere was outgoing! I definitely recommend everyone trying this place out!
