Been here many time and everything was fine. This is what I got tonight. Went in and this is what they gave me and acted like it was no big thing that it wasn’t there. That’s what I pay for that’s what the picture shows on the drive thru menu board. What I pay for is what I expect no more no less. Yes it is just lettuce but that’s not what it about would u like to work more and them pay you less because you can’t do a simple task. Then act like the customer is the problem.

The store is usually okay but always short staffed. There was a lady in plain clothes and no name tag screaming at customers and visibly distraught. While waiting for my food, i gather this was the manager! I spoke up because she made it everyone’s problem that she was having a bad day and she turned her anger towards me. She followed me to my car screaming at me. I love CSC and corporate should know this is not okay behavior for staff. I almost just asked for my money back but didn’t want to add to the stress of the other employees.
Update: corporate referred me to the franchise owner of this store, who called me and stated the manager was going “through things in her life”. I know customer service can be stressful but she shouldn’t be a manager and create a hostile work environment for her employees. No wonder they can’t keep this location staffed.

Although though the food is usually good at most locations, the one in Oak Ridge sent me to the doctor with food poisoning! The portions are extremely small now and the cookie is the size of a silver dollar now. (understandable because of food prices), but I am still recovering from the chicken salad in Oak Ridge!

I was initially impressed with this establishment when it first opened in Oak Ridge, TN. However, over the past three months, I have consistently been unable to order my preferred chicken salad (Olivia’s Old South) at Chicken Salad Chick, as it has been unavailable. Yesterday, I visited again and was pleased to find that they had the chicken salad in stock. Regrettably, upon consuming it, I discovered the presence of unappetizing slimy skin and gristle in the chicken salad.

Great new place to eat in Oak Ridge. Totally different from the other fast foot choices in the area. I had the Trio meal and was way to much door. The spicy chicken salad was perfect, great taste on the broccoli cheese soup, the mac&cheese had good flavor but a little cool… But I will be back.

After years of my wife raving about Chicken Salad Chick, I decided to go with her on our way back from a hike today.
Unfortunately, it was a really bad experience.
There was a very long wait time. I think what employees that were there were trying to do a good job. But, there were too few employees. My wife said several times that we should just leave and eat elsewhere. My reply was we’ve already waited a long time and you’ll never get me back in here again unless the food is great.
Unfortunately, the food barely made the ok rating. My wife even agreed with me that the food was not good.
In a nutshell, we won’t be back. We now classify Chicken Salad Chick as a Graceland experience. In other words, been there, done that, and it’s not worth going back.

Drive thru visit was quick and easy! I ordered the Classic Carol BLT with broccoli salad. The sandwich was massive and full of flavor. Broccoli salad was a little on the dry side but still full of flavor. The cookie was a perfect finish.

Yum!! Beware, if you’re going on a Saturday, they can run out of the various flavors of chicken salad, since they’re closed on Sundays and don’t want too much left over that they’ll have to throw away. I came on a Saturday, but was flexible and my choices still had a lot of great sounding options. I chose the Barbie-Q chicken salad on a croissant with a side of broccoli salad which comes with bacon on top. Included was a pickle and a small cookie. All were excellent. The barbeque flavor was not overpowering but gave the chicken salad a nice twist from the usual. The salad was delicious. Service was friendly, the place was super clean and cute. This is definitely going to be on my rotation for eating out. There’s a nice area outside if you don’t want to eat indoors.
