Spent over $30 just to barely get any chicken salad on our sandwiches. I’m happy I got an extra scoop with the Trio because I was able to add more chicken salad to my croissant. I didn’t realize until I got home, 20 minutes away. The ladies in the front were wonderful, but the lady in the kitchen with the blue hair seemed like she had an attitude. One of the ladies in the front had to ask her 3 times for a sample. I guess they can’t keep up with lunch rush, but im frustrated because it’s not cheap to eat here.

I mean, what’s there to say other than yes, you should be eating here. Right now. Hit start directions in google maps and get here. My favorite is the sassy Scotty sandwich with a scoop of egg salad. My dad has the poblano soup (which was incredible) and the Buffalo Barclay and he loved it.

Cameron was absolutely wonderful during our visit to Chicken Salad Chick! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, answered our questions with a smile, and made great recommendations that we loved. I wouldn’t suggest ordering Uber/Doordash as the restaurant waits to fix our food until everyone in the building is taken care of. My driver waited 30 min for food he never got. Which means it took even longer for me as the paying customer to receive my food.

Got dinner here after I got off work. I’ve been avoiding it because I was told it was expensive for “chicken salad”. However it wasn’t bad. I got a half sandwich w/ a cup of soup and a small cookie. I got a drink an extra cookie and slice of cake added that made it right at $20. And it was worth it. The lemon & basil chicken salad was good. The white chocolate layered cake is delicious. It’s a fairly big slice too. But what really prompted me to leave a review is because Austin the cashier was so sweet. He was helpful in saying what was good. That kid should be in sales honestly. And second the bathroom that was the cleanest bathroom I’ve been in, in a LONG time. I RARELY use public bathrooms. In fact the whole store was organized and clean. If you’re doubtful about Chicken Salad Chick don’t be, JUST GO!

This place won over a regular today on my first visit! Great service from a friendly staff! I had The Classic Carol chicken salad sandwich on wheatberry bread that was great and the potato soup was awesome! Best part it came with a drink and all for under $10.00 before tax! The place has a great decor and the staff is exceptional! My new place for office lunches and I had my food before I could even get my drink! Love it! I believe it was the manager who came by and checked on me and she was awesome as well as the cashier! Thumbs up to all of the staff today! The folks preparing the food all seemed happy as well!

This is our second time at Chicken Salad Chick. The first time was at a different location and the sandwich was filled with chicken salad. This time, not so much. We also ordered a croissant sandwich that didn’t look any better. The flavor is good but there’s just not much there for $22. Not sure we’ll be back.

I went to the new location in Hermitage. It’s delicious! The Barbie-Q has become my favorite I got a sandwich, on a croissant. It comes with a cookie and a side of my choice. I chose the broccoli salad. My sister’s fav is Fancy Nancy! It’s more traditional with grapes and nuts. I’ve already gone 4 times this week! You’ve gotta try it! See you there!

Kudos kudos kudos to everyone working today around 3 o’clock. I popped in to pick up a couple of cartons of takeout. It wasn’t crazy busy but every staff member there was working they were taking my order. They were fixing my stuff and those who weren’t were cleaning they were sweeping Nobody was standing still if you are boss/Owner you should acknowledge this team. They were amazing of course the food. Really great, which is why I was there, but I mean the service I witnessed and let me say most of them were pretty young It was amazing
