Food is good. Whoever is telling the employees to hoard crackers like they are gold needs to stop. How am I supposed to eat a pound of chicken salad with 4 packs of crackers? When I order a Big Chic and ask for A LOT OF CRACKERS I get 8 packs. I ask for more and they act like I’m stealing from them. I wouldn’t even mind paying for extra crackers… the eye rolls and passive aggressiveness is not needed.

I would give zero stars if I could. Attempted to get dinner for my family tonight. Ordered almost 120 dollars for my family. . I live almost 30 minutes away. When I got home, I did not have any of the family size chicken salad. I have all the sides…. Wonderful.
I have to go spend more money now to get my family dinner closer to home.
It is storming. When I called the store, I requested an entire refund as I still have no dinner for my family. I was told by manager that she would refund my entire order.
After speaking with GM, they offered fur be to stop by next week to get my left out chicken salad.
Some wonderful customer service there GM.
I will be disputing these charges . And will not be partaking of this restaurant in the future. I will kindly drive to a different chicken salad chick if at all…..
there were at least 10 kids standing around there talking…. Not working and I still did not get my food.
So customers, beware. Choose elsewhere….
If they get it wrong. You are just left holding the tab.
