Portions were fair for the price, and the sides came out hot and fresh. The place itself was clean, though it did get a little noisy once the dinner rush started. Staff was polite and kept things moving, even when there was a short line. My order was ready when they said it would be, so no complaints there. I’m really disappointed in the MOBILE Chicken Salad Chick locations . I’ve seen other CHICKEN SALAD CHICK locations in different cities and states step up to support their communities during this difficult month especially with the government shutdown, families struggling to feed their households, and the holidays coming up. With Thanksgiving and Christmas right around the corner, this would’ve been the perfect time to give back or offer some kind of support. Unfortunately, the MOBILE locations chose not to do anything, and that says a lot. JUST GREEDY . Because of that, I won’t be supporting this restaurant anymore. I’d rather spend my money with businesses that care about the people in their community.

Make sure you double check your order before you leave! I placed an online order on June 28 and paid for a $3.50 side of grape salad that was completely missing when we got home. We called immediately, and instead of a simple refund, they told us we’d have to drive 30 minutes back to the store with the receipt just to get our money back. So you take my money, don’t give me the item, and refuse to refund it unless I waste more gas than the item costs? That’s not a policy. That’s theft. To top it off, they were out of all chicken salads (at Chicken Salad Chick, seriously?), the bread was stale, and nobody ever followed up after promising the owner would reach out.There was no resolution offered to make it right. Just a weak apology and a ridiculous demand that I drive back. After how I was treated, I won’t be back.

I made an order on a Thursday evening via the app for 4 quick chicks for my Grandmother’s 85th Birthday. I got an email the following morning that there was an issue with their system and to contact the store. I contacted the store and was told that they were too busy to deal with me because of a sale and they had a line to the door, but that they would take my number and call me back. The person mentioned they saw my order but did not see any issues on their end. I never received a phone call and when I went to pick up my order the following day was told they did not have my order and could not accommodate me because of their sale the day prior. So, I have no chicken salad for my grandmother’s 85th birthday. I am scrabbling to find a replacement. I will not do business with this location again.
