I was the only one in the drive thru and still felt rushed during the entire ordering process. I requested both sandwiches toasted with extra tomato and no lettuce. Both sandwiches had bits of black/burnt bits on the bread. The extra tomato tossed in a side compartment and not on the sandwich. One half of one sandwich had lettuce while the other didn’t. I usually like CSC but this location always makes me feel like I’ve interrupted their day by ordering. I usually order from here about once a week and will probably will not be back for a while.

I just wanna say that I absolutely love this place. I come here all the time and my birthday is coming up so of course in December you get a free meal from Chicken Salad Chick and this free meal that I have I gave it to somebody that needed food they haven’t ate in a few days so I’m here now getting my food so I can give it to this amazing person because I think everybody should be able to do good in the world and it’s like I’ve always said if I pay it forward, somebody else will pay it forward and it will come back to me 1000 times better so I know a lot of people is like yeah you could use this on you but why would I do that when I could use it to do good so I love the fact that you do get free meals on your birthday and that it would be amazing if more people thought about others before their selves

This was a really good place to eat, the salad was fresh and delicious. The staff were really nice in the bathrooms were clean. I would highly recommend visiting this eating establishment if you are ever in the Florence Alabama area. The chicken was fresh and crisp, restaurant was clean overall, relaxed quiet environment. I will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Today was the first time I had been to Chicken Salad Chick since they first opened here a few years ago and from what I remember, they have pretty good Pimento cheese, too.

Me and my daughter love the original chicken salad here but the last 3 times my daughter has ordered her sandwich toasted it hasn’t been. We live 30 minutes from the closest one and my daughter drove all that way just to get us Chicken Salad Chick for lunch today and the bread tasted stale, dry, and old. Didn’t look or taste nothing like there normal white bread at all. In all honesty, the workers have never been that friendly in my experience and also I’ve noticed a decline in food quality and portion size lately and after this experience we won’t be wasting a hour round trip just to get food that’s barely editable and cost $25.for 2 sandwiches.

First time, they had a paper sign on the drive thru saying all our flavors are out ask what we have. We asked and it was 2 flavors so we left. Next time we came in, they didn’t have a single option for the grab and go and again most of the flavors were out, so we left.
Today, I had family in town who do not have a Chicken salad chick near them so we decided to stop in. We walk in to be told again by the cashier that they’re out of the top 5 flavors. We ask if she can mix cranberry kelly and we would wait. She said no because everything is made fresh. If it’s made fresh why can’t it be made fresh? Manager and two staff sitting in the lobby eating while out of flavors. Your across the street from a super target and a sams club, you can get anything you need to keep your product on the shelf.
This was the last time we will be dining here. Even though we haven’t even been able to try the food in months.
