A healthier alternative for a quick lunch over typical fast food. Service is excellent, on par with Chik-fil-A. Great spot for a quick meal or snack. I also love the nugget ice! Try a scoop of the Fancy Nancy or the Jalapeño Holly for a unique bite.

We really enjoy Chicken Salad Chick. We actually live about a 30 minute drive away, but make it a point to visit on a Saturday for lunch if we have a chance. Totally worth the drive. Today my wife ordered the Lauryn’s Lemon Basil scoop, with broccoli salad, and I had the Kickin’ Kay Lynne sandwich with broccoli salad. Both or chicken salad, and the broccoli salad were great. Actually, I could get just a huge helping of broccoli salad and be happy, it’s such good stuff. If you haven’t tried it, you should. The ordering was quick, and food was brought out to us within about 5 minutes. Oh, if you get a large drink, the cups are insulated, so the glasses don’t sweat, which is nice. Overall a great place to eat, and a great value as well. You even get a delicious little cookie with your meal! So if you get a chance, stop in and try one of their chicken salads. You’ll probably also be hooked. Oh, join their rewards program and earn free stuff. If you’re going anyway, why not?

Delicious! Got a Groupon deal and so glad we tried it! Love the dining room decor and attention to detail. Very clean! We sat in a large comfortable booth. We got 3 scoops each so tried 6 different salads. All delicious and unique! Olivia’s old south with sweet pickle and egg was my favorite. The Dixie chick with onions was very tasty. And the sweet fruity tang of Fruity Fran was wonderful. Pimento cheese yummy too! Comes with their own crackers and a cookie. Everything is incredibly fresh. Can’t wait to go back!

If you love chicken salad, this is the place for you! They have lots of different types. My favorite is the Fancy Nancy which has grapes and pecans and the Jalapeno Holly. Yoi cam enjoy their chicken salads as a sandwich or on a salad or you can get a container of chicken salad by itself. They also have some wonderful fresh tasty sides like broccoli salad with bacon and grape salad in a yogurt sauce. I also enjoy the refreshing watermelon iced tea and strawberry lemonade. Meals come with a small yummy cookie! You can even drive through for a quick take home of you don’t want to sit in the dining room. I love this place!

Stopped in with my wife on a Friday afternoon based on the positive reviews as we are somewhat new to the area. We will be back for sure. I had the original and my wife had a club but she loved the tomato bisque soup as her side. Staff was attentive and our order came out fast.

I really love Chicken Salad Chick and will go out of my way to visit. They have a decent rewards system via their app, the atmosphere is very welcoming and clean, and the food is delicious. However, I have a problem with one of their policies. When I stopped by yesterday to grab something to go, I asked for a cup of ice water. It’s hot in South Florida. Water quenches my thirst and has 0 calories, 0 sugar, and 0 sodium. I was shocked that they charged me $2.19 for the cup. I asked the cashier, who clarified with the manager on duty that the charge for the water is $2.19……for their disposable paper cup. I then asked the cost of a fountain drink with unlimited refills if you dine in. Guess what! That’s $2.19 as well! Am I the only one who sees a problem with this logic? Do people bring outside containers into their dining room to get the free fountain drinks? I don’t think so. As a customer, I’m already paying a marked up price for a container of delicious chicken salad that feeds one person. ($12+) But, as a courtesy to their customers and a show of some of that southern hospitality they’ve branded themselves with, they need to rethink this ridiculous policy.
