Plenty of parking makes it easy to stop in, but during lunchtime, it’s definitely a happening place – be ready for a wait. I recommend using mobile ordering to save time. The pickup area can get pretty congested, and there’s limited space to stand without blocking the soda fountain.
The food was fresh and tasty. The toasted BLT with a side of grape salad was ordered. It’s a healthier option than most fast-casual spots. There’s also a nice patio area out front with tables and umbrellas if you’d rather enjoy your meal outdoors.
That said, it’s definitely on the pricier side. My sandwich with grape salad (no drink) came to almost $13, which felt steep for a lunch combo.
Inside, there’s also a grab-and-go case filled with pre-made chicken salads in a variety of flavors. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the manager was hands-on, keeping things running smoothly. A solid choice if you’re looking for something fresh and don’t mind spending a little extra.

Great place to stop for a wonderful meal. OK, it is chicken salad, but it is sooo many types of chicken salad, plus soups and sides. Several options for serving. Thanks to Doug for recommending the bacon melt croissant. As we agreed, there is never such a thing as too much bacon. Well done interior and comfortable seating inside and out. Some fun touches like the ice sign, funny because its true. Very close to the Holmes Regional medical center and worth a quick trip if you need a break.

Line moved very fast and customer service was outstanding! She was very helpful guiding me through the menu as I had never been there before. Decided on a meal for there and a meal to go and even wrapped up the tomato and lettuce separate for me. I had the jalapeno on toasted white with broccoli salad and took a classic on croissant to go. Both were absolutely delicious and I can’t wait to go back and try a different chicken salad. Great job!

Wife got the Chicken Salad W/ the Sassy Scotty, they were both good but think the Sassy would be amazing in the sandwich form!
I got the Barbie – Q! My only take when it comes to a “BLT” The Bacon usually has some crisp to it for the texture aspect, in this case it didn’t. Not a deal breaker but something they could look into.
Loaded Potato soup was good for sure!
Also when you walk in, go to the right along the wall side! Definitely will be back for sure!

So happy to have a chicken salad chick here, the staff was incredibly kind. The food was so yummy. Got the fancy Nancy on a toasted croissant. I forgot to ask for lettuce and tomato (my mistake) but even with just the cheese it was delicious and hit the spot. My side of soup was delicious too. The buffalo dip is amazinggggg.

You don’t have to love chicken salad to love this place. They have so many types of chicken salad that you’re bound to find something you want to try. If you’re unsure, they’ll give you a sample. Still not feeling it? You can get a turkey club and say you gave it a try. ✅️
I had the new Maui Mama, and hubby had the BBQ in sandwich form, but you can get a scoop if you’re avoiding bread. We each chose a soup for our side, but there are other options. The staff are friendly and seem happy to be there. I was a fan before they opened, and this location gives what you need to come back again and again.

I’ve been to this place about a few times now, it’s conveniently located near my oral surgeon… ha! It’s been nothing but great, the staff I’ve come in contact with have been all positive interactions.
There is one thing that I didn’t like but it doesn’t need to make the review score go down… the high fructose corn syrup. I almost left this last time reading the ingredients on the pre-packaged chicken salads until I remembered… it’s been in a ton of things I have eaten these past 40 some years… and although I try to avoid it now, I think I’ll be fine! Maybe there is something else that can eventually be used. But us 80s baby’s should know we’ll be just fine, we drank from a hose! ☺️

So glad this place is now open in Melbourne. Saves the two hour round trip to Orlando to get our fix of their salads. Very busy on Friday at Lunch, but understandable. Newly opened and had a BOGO offer going. You’ve got to try one of their Chicken Salads, Egg Salad, pasta salad, or desserts. You’ll be hooked as well. Bon Appetite!

Came in around 7:15 pm to pick up some chicken salad “quick chicks” for the family which are apparently just premade containers of chicken salad. There weren’t any available in the premade display. The employee let me stand at the counter while she waited at the kitchen window for take-out orders for the only two people in the store, just to let me know they were out of all the flavors I wanted when she finally got around to helping me. Sus.
