I’ve been here before and it’s always been good food and service. I’m assuming I’ve just never noticed it but they have spicy versions! Not crazy hot but with a nice little bite. I’ve never had a bad chicken sandwich here. The vegetables are fresh and so is the bread. It’s a nice change of pace too. Super friendly staff too. Thanks Brandi!

Great place. I had the sandwich meal. I got full but didn’t feel sluggish full like alot of other places. Becca was very helpful and provided excellent service. I seriously doubt there is a better chicken salad sandwich around.

I love Chicken Salad Chick, I tell everybody about them that I possibly can but what I love about them most is their consistency at this location but today I am very disappointed. I ordered Barbie-Q chicken salad and egg salad. It is three areas on the plate where you can place food at. Why do my plate look like this? They dumped the egg salad on top of my chicken salad, the egg salad is running and this is the very first time this have happened to me at this location. That’s why I’m still giving them four stars because I love Chicken Salad Chick but please don’t start dropping consistency because y’all are the only place I go to that have it. This look sloppy but I’m still pulling for Chicken Salad Chick…the best chicken salad by far to me.

Normally don’t have any problems with this store. Yea drive thru is terrible and today was no exception and had to wait forever to place my order. Got back to work to find out they had given me wrong order. Had asked for fancy Nancy and grape salad and got some spicy chicken salad and broccoli salad both of which I can not eat so could only eat the pickle. Had waisted my lunch hour so couldn’t go back to get it corrected. Waste of almost $10.

Customer service here is Number 1, I don’t often review, but for special times like this I do. So I let them know that the Cherry Coke was out they said okay and as I start getting into my sand which the young gentleman that works there comes by and brings me a new cup with fresh cherry coke in it, I have never received such a kind gesture such as this, I want to say bless this establishment and all of its employees and I hope the owner or franchise people or whatever see this review and compliment there employees because they are on point!!!
