My partners daughter sent dinner which should have included fruit salad and it didn’t arrive. When we called the store we spoke to Nicole, Mgr. She was very sweet, including exchanging customer service stories. She refunded the meal which was over and above our request for the fruit salad. She turn a disappointment into a loyal customer. Pulled up to the drive thru a couple weeks ago and ordered a sandwich with classic carol, sorry we are out of that so I said ok sassy Scotty sorry we are out of that one too . I said well never mind and drove off so today I ordered 3 sandwiches on line and when my husband got there to pick it up they said they were out of white bread to pick either wheat or a croissant. Yes I have learned my lesson and will not be going back but how and why does a sandwich place run out bread and their main menu items ?

This place has really gone downhill. Three issues: they were sold out of my favorite chicken salad (around 5:30pm), there were no crackers with the two scoops I ordered (they used to come with crackers), and the portion size of everything was noticeably smaller. Do better.

Normally good, but get there early. This location is consistently running out of popular scoops by 6pm. This has happened a handful of times at this point. And make sure to check your order before you leave. The mistakes to our order is more and more frequent each time we go.

Dining room is closed. On a Saturday. Sign on locked door says ding room closed due to low staff. Low staff???? I can’t even imagine how many people in this area are looking for a job. So to not have enough staff is either poor management or the owners being cheap. Won’t eat here anymore. It’s kind of funny I look at Wendy’s and Panda Express right behind the store they have plenty of staff and their dining rooms are open. We drove across the street to Freddy’s steakburgers, they are overstaffed and their dining room is open. I’m looking at MOD Pizza their dining room is open. Not having your dining room open on a Saturday is irresponsible

I went with my family here for a lunch. It was honestly nothing to die for, but I highly recommend getting the chicken salad. The rest like the side salads could be more fresh and the sandwich k ordered did not have the best ingredients.

They were out of most kind of chicken salad& egg salad. Waited 20+ minutes before we were informed they were out of what we ordered. (unable to substutute , they were out of most flavors ) Was told to cancel on app, but app wouldn’t cancel store has to do refund.

This location is horrible, I don’t know why I keep thinking each time will be different. I’ve been 3 times, all 3 times ordered BLT.. except they never put BL or T on it, always just chicken salad with cheese. The last time I went, I ordered two kids grilled cheese sandwiches, they literally split the sandwich in half and put one half in each meal and the cheese wasn’t even melted. It’s comical how horrible this place is!

I ordered a tray of sandwiches for my wedding and they gave it away to a stranger the DAY BEFORE our scheduled pick up. Why was my tray made the day before our pick up. No one too. Accountability for this mess up. They tried to blame the mix up on our bank account being hacked. Which is totally false. I’m extremely disappointed in this experience. Do not order here for any major events unless you want to be let down.
