I’ve been eating Chicken Salad Chick for years and up until my recent visit their Sassy Scotty has been perfection. But unfortunately this particular batch of Sassy Scotty had an insane amount of bacon throughout it, which made the chicken salad really salty. Some of the bacon pieces were huge like the size of pecans. I had to pick them out of the chicken salad so I could enjoy it. Now I’m worried about purchasing more in the future bc I don’t want to have this experience again

First time here. My wife had a taste for this place & I happened to be tagging along.
I’m money-conscious & knew when I walked in that the food might be a little pricey…the atmosphere looked fresh & clean !
I decided to get the Spicy Pimento Cheese sandwich (toasted). My side was a Grape Salad.
It came with a 1/4 pickle slice & a cookie.
My wife got a scoop of Plain Chicken Salad & a scoop of BBQ Chicken Salad.
The quality of the food was excellent.
The ONLY super minor “issue” I felt was…the place was so dang cute, but the employees didn’t really seem to reflect the cuteness !?!
I’d still go back & hope that someone would pay for it !?

I can’t say enough about the manager, Ms. Durham, and the people who work at this location. They are extremely kind and patient everytime we go there. The restaurant is so clean and everyone is so pleasant. By far the best customer service and food in Henry County!

I had lunch here today and this location is wonderful.. The bathroom was spotless, the dining room was spotless, even the drink machine was super clean. They were busy for lunch and still very clean. I enjoyed my food and have to say this is one of the nicest restaurants in been to in a long time. The manager Ms. C is very sweet and definitely runs a great restaurant. The employees were very friendly as well. I will be back!

This location is absolutely Amazing! The atmosphere is very inviting, The staff are wonderful and helpful to what I wanted, took the time to go over the menu. I walked in, and it felt like home. Neatly decorated, and clean. Very helpful management. Their catering menu is SUPERBLY good. If you are looking to treat yourself, your family or staff, this is the place with a variety of items, and desserts. I had the white chocolate cake, which was rich in taste. They really care about their store and customers. Great experience, and the food was fresh, and delicious.. Thanks Miss A. And your staff for EXCELLENT customer service.

5/20/25 @ 5:46pm I stopped to pickup a phone order. I was a little frustrated that you’re not allowed to go through the drive thru to pickup and pay for an online or phone in order. What’s the big difference?? Anyway, the food was amazing despite how the customer service was presented. There was a man in a blue shirt that tried to make my visit better because he saw the frustration on my face. Please let your customer service department know that the flavors are limited when choosing a meal plan. The Fancy Nancy wasn’t an available option unless you call it in.

I placed an order on door dash. It did not come as described and there is almost no chicken salad on half of the sandwich. The other half has a tiny portion. I hope the manager who didn’t seem to understand my frustration will see this picture. And since the manager also said it wasn’t supposed to be a croissant, maybe they should update their door dash listing.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. The atmosphere felt more like a nice restaurant than a fast food place. There were actual tablecloths! My 13 year old son was with me. We both loved it! The food was amazing! Sadly this isn’t local to me, but whenever I’m out this way again, I’ll be back! They need to build one in Conyers, Ga!

This place is amazing! The interior is gorgeous, the bathrooms are clean and smell wonderful, and the food is heartwarming and delicious! Especially their loaded potato soup and chicken salad sandwich. Good food is food that makes your nose run, and this was definitely a good eat.

Decided to try something different today and I’m glad I did. Nice, clean location with a lovely staff. Cheers to Mr. Robert, he took his time to explain us the menu and give us samplers! Everyone of that staff was super friendly and attentive! And last but not least the food was delicious.
