I’m a better human being for visiting this amazing jewel!
Visiting from Utah, and I have to say I was almost sad to leave! Before I get to the food, (amazing) the atmosphere beats every review I have ever written. It was like coming home to a family I’ve never met at grandmas house. Smiles, “have a blessed day” and the nice southern charm of the local ladies telling me about their life and their favorite treats from this resturaunt. So A+ times 17 million% on that part.
Hands down best atmosphere ever in any state (or the other 13 countries I’ve visited) Americana southern charm at its best. God bless them all here. Just can’t say enough good.
Now for food, I like bbq, Thai, pasta, and normal stuff but I’m always struggling with finding a healthy (and still filling) place that isn’t just a side salad or veggie steam mix. This place absolutely obliterated my expectations!!! The hint of lemon, pickles, bacon, grape chicken salad (yes and I thought that was illegal and apparently it’s even better than unicorn magic dust) and the most amazing chicken salad (thus, the name) on this planet we call earth. I had a hard time eating because my mouth kept smiling uncontrollably with tastes of happiness. This place is in a category of his own. I got the broccoli salad as a side, and I’ve eaten broccoli salad at basically every grocery store and food chain imaginable; and this one wins hands-down, the best I’ve ever had. Plenty of bacon, and awesome flavor, but not drowned in sauce, or full of peanuts and weird things, I think God himself made this broccoli salad in the back… the soup was great and they even gave me a bunch of extra crackers just because they knew I was traveling from out of state, that alone tells me they listen, they care, and I wasn’t just another cash register ring. I wish I would’ve found these guys about 20 years ago. The only restaurant I was actually sad to leave because it was such a pleasant experience and a change from the norm. Thanks ya’all for a job well done.
Keep an eye on this place, I can see them being a nationwide chain and giving Chick-fil-A a run for their money because the service is beyond, the food is incredible, the atmosphere is exactly what everybody’s looking for, some more happy to go, healthy, delicious, they have it all going on!

Love this place. Met a friend for lunch and everything was perfect. Our waiter was super nice and was very friendly. We also needed some additional items at the table and another service was quick to accommodate us. Here are the pictures of the two guys. Both were extremely friendly and helpful.

The Mrs and I decided to get lunch on Saturday at our local CSC establishment in C-ville and it did not disappoint .. I ordered the Olivia’s Old South Chicken Salad on Croissant and Grape Salad and my better half ordered the Pimento Cheese on Croissant with Pasta Salad as the side .. both sandwiches tasted very good ❤️

I can’t rate the food quality for this location due to the fact of never getting any. I’ve attempted to get food thru the drive thru and have yet to get service within a timely matter. It amazes me how scooping salads onto plates or breads can take such a long time. Would expect less wait time in a drive thru. 15 mins is a bit extreme. And I actually had to leave all three times after waiting that long. Who knows how long it would have actually taken.

The best service at this location. The General Manager Steve insured our experience was top notch and helping others while he was at this location. The staff is always nice to my wife and I. It is always clean and food is always top quality. Love this location and will be our number one spot.

Only one side of the entrance door was unlocked and it was a little struggle for a handicap person in a wheelchair. This was our first visit at this location and the host greetings wasn’t friendly. He offered us free samples and we didn’t get them, so we just ordered. Perhaps he didn’t hear me. Request to have the wheat bread toasted and it tasted not so fresh. The pasta salad was dry. I’ve had better service and food at a different location so this experience definitely will not keep me from patronizing the franchise

Love Chicken Salad Chick! The biggest problem is they do not prepare appropriately and are out of a lot of flavors hours before closing. Wish they did a better job making sure all flavors were available. Service is always top notch and food always tastes great when you can actually get the flavors you want.

Wow! Clean, courteous and yummy. Fast food that doesn’t feel rushed. And what a selection of chicken salad varieties! Not in the mood for that? OK! Get a melted pimento cheese sandwich or one of their fresh daily soup. Or get both! A stable of coconut cake or gorgeous red velvet for dessert. If you’re dining in, your order is brought to you at a cheery table-clothed table or booth. And a server takes away your trash & brings a bag for your leftovers.. I’ve eaten at restaurants that aren’t that “with it”; always have to ask.

This is now the second time my coworker and 1 have not received the sides that come with our meals. We also paid for extra sides, which we did receive, but the sides included with our entrees were missing. I’ve called the store three times today, and each time the calls either rang endlessly or were disconnected.
The staff clearly needs to check orders more carefully before sending them out. I’m doing my best to refrain from leaving a 1-star review, but this repeated issue and lack of response is frustrating. Let’s fix this-your customers deserve better, and you already have enough 1-star reviews.
