The fact that places like this have the audacity to ask customers for a tip for self-serve food service is mind-blowing. What on earth am I being asked to tip, for them to run my credit card while the girl acts annoyed that I’m there? It’s offensive and starts the whole experience off on a bad foot.

Came in for lunch and was incredibly impressed with the varieties of chicken salad and the flavor as well. The Lemon Basil was just subtle enough to not overpower the other components of the chicken salad and the sandwich.
My one qualm was the lackluster service at the register. It was my first time to a Chicken Salad Chick and was unsure of how the scoop of pimiento cheese would come, but all I got were blank stares. It turned out fine, but it was off-putting.

I visit this location from time to time. Every time I’ve visited, the staff has been amazing. What really stands out, though, is Ryan. Even during moments when the employees have a chance to breathe, he’s always looking for ways to help. Whether it’s grabbing trays after guests leave, preparing bags to be filled, or ensuring his apron is stocked with utensils for tray deliveries, he’s always on top of things. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his job, and that kind of energy makes a huge difference. Highly recommend!

I recently had the privilege of working with Chicken Salad Chick in Roswell to cater a last-minute celebration of life for my father-in-law, and I can’t recommend them enough. From the very first call, the manager (Caroline, I believe) went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during a difficult time. The team was so understanding, patient, and compassionate as we worked through the logistics with little time to spare.
Not only did they prepare a very last minute catered meal, but they also ensured that every detail was handled with care—from food presentation to having everything prepared for us to pick up on our way to the ceremony. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations, and many guests commented on how delicious and well-prepared everything was.
What truly stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the team. They were flexible, reliable, and made the entire process smooth, despite the short notice. It made an incredibly stressful day much easier to manage, and I’m so grateful for their exceptional service.

We enjoy a trip to this restaurant on occasion. For a reasonable price, a good solid lunch can be expected. We usually get one of the Chicks specialty sandwiches with a cup of soup or a salad, which includes fruit salad. The restaurant offers sweet tea or plain. Personally I mix them. The service is fast and the hours at many of the restaurants start at 10:30am. A gourmet meal will not be found here but a tasty lunch will. We enjoy a lunch here about once a month and you will not be disappointed!

This is a nice spot that my wife and I go to on occasion (and often times she goes with work friends). They make good food and the people are nice! I understand that they are a chicken salad place, but having one or two more options on top of what they have already that isn’t chicken salad would be great. But that small complaint aside, it’s a great spot!

My son and I stopped for lunch. It was my first time and I was excited when looking at all the choices. We both ordered sandwiches meal. I got soup and he got another scoop. I ordered the chicken salad with grape(s) it only had One for the whole sandwich. He had two different salads, He wanted to take his back but he is a diabetic and needed to eat, The reason I rate the service at a 2 is even though I told the young lady that took our order, the seasoned employee standing next to her answered, well that is because how the chicken salad was made. I replied- ok so because it is made in a large container and minimal grapes? She said yes and turned her back to me. Son and I can make our own for that price. I don’t think I will return. For the restaurant to be so nice…
