This restaurant is clearly not getting cleaned properly each day. As I went to get my drink I see mold. A LOT of mold in the ice dispenser. This kind of mold takes a long time to grow (1-2 weeks), so that tells me that they have not cleaned their drink machine in A LONG time! Additionally, the cashier was texting while taking my order. Just overall disappointed in the cleanliness. The smell reminds me of dirty rags.

Chicken Salad Chick never disappoint. Fancy Nancy with broccoli salad is my “go to”. Decided to try the Chicken Poblano soup and was not disappointed. This was my first visit taking my kids. My 5.5 year old scarfed down her kids classic chicken salad croissant with fruit faster than I’ve ever seen her eat. My 3 year old loved the kids Mac and cheese. Very smooth, creamy and cheesy. We will definitely be back.

The cashier was extremely helpful in assisting me with selecting a meal within my allergen guidelines. I ended up getting a BLT on lettuce withe spicy chicken salad. I brought it home and used toasted sourdough bread and it was the most delicious sandwich I’ve had in a very long time. So much so, I have been craving it since coming back to Florida. Wish there was one close to me.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Chicken Salad Chick. First, no one bothered to mention that the menu had changed, so a few items we came specifically for weren’t even available anymore. It would’ve been nice to get a heads-up before ordering.
On top of that, the soup they served was ice cold. Not lukewarm—literally cold, like it had just come out of a fridge. For the price and the reputation, I expected way better. Overall, the experience felt careless and frustrating. I definitely left unhappy and won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Update 12/3/25. Need to downgrade and share a new complaint. This location REALLY needs to hire kitchen help that has restaurant experience AND have a manager overseeing them. Takeout order today: soup was placed sideways in bag so it could have leaked everywhere & broccoli salad was not contained so when I got home with food, everything including my sandwich was totally soggy with mayo/broccoli ‘juice’ and covered in broccoli pieces. Dang it! $14 wasted, AGAIN. I’m beginning to hate this place; I ONLY come here because my elderly dad loves the food or I’d never come to this location again.
This location seems to really struggle with getting orders correct, at least ours. Once again, they left out things we paid for which is very frustrating, especially as that part was take-out and we’re already home before we noticed!!!

After leaving the gym, me and my friend decided to check out Chicken Salad Chick. As we walked it in it gave us a homie/dinner vibe. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. We had the chicken salad sandwiches on wheat bread. The bread was so soft, everything was amazing!!

I downloaded their Android application and placed my order after I had gone over the menu. You have the capability of picking the time for pick up. The shop itself is cute and quaint… very clean. Several staff members seem to be in training. No one had my order ready and after I opened my application and showed my order to them they seemed surprised. After a few more moments they found and printed my order. The variety of chicken salads I had chosen were all very good. Kudos to the company for having several all these different types of chicken salad. A bit more training of the staff is needed. I will be back, perhaps then I can give 5 stars

Lettuce is absolutely disgusting and old. Not the same at all in the picture advertised. The chicken salad is the only thing that saved anything on the meals I ordered. Bread is stale, croissants are stale, pasta salad noodles are overcooked. Whoever is preparing the food is not caring at all what product they put out.
