FOOD> Today I changed it up thanks to the new menu I tried a scoop of Cranberry Kelli which was FANTASTIC!
It features a combination of dried, sweetened cranberries and slivered almonds mixed with their signature all-white-meat chicken salad. I went for my favorite side of broccoli salad which I swear was in a smaller size container than before ( I compared it to the Mac n cheese of the person next to me, but perhaps they ordered something else)
The red velvet was fresh and moist and that little cookie was the perfect final bite

It was sure delicious!!!
I got my favorite broccoli salad as a side and it was the perfect accompanyment…and that COOKIE it is UTTER CONFECTION PERFECTION

Embarrassed to say I eat chicken salad chick at least every other week. Was new to this location. Decided to treat myself while at work.
The location is disgusting. I literally had to brush the trash off the bench to sit down. There was only one person dining there so they weren’t busy.
The girl that took my order looked like she wanted to yeet herself off the top of the building.
When I opened my food that I ordered in the location my food was sideways. I did order a to go order but this was beyond what I expect for a $10 lunch.
Will not return.

Plants Over Animals
Disappointed that chicken salad chick decided to discontinue their egg salad, that was the only thing I could eat here, we have catered from them in the past and the food was good but will have to look elsewhere in the future.

Not surprised to see a couple of reviews about rude employees, specifically the ones at the front counter. The lady who took my order did not listen as I had to repeat what I wanted nearly three times and when the food came out, I told her it was not what I ordered and I repeated what I told her at the front. She says “you didn’t say that,” ??? I definitely did, she just didn’t listen as I had to keep repeating myself. I won’t be back on account of her being so rude. Seems to me like they need to do something about this.

Carols Classic chicken salad is my favorite, this time I tried it melted with provolone lettuce and tomato, but they forgot the lettuce and tomato, I ordered delivery at last night so that maybe why. I also ordered the white chocolate cake slice as well, all was delicious, the cake was fairly good, but that cookie and grape salad was delicious, I will always eat here when my taste buds are craving chicken salad and grape salad.

Work for EMS came in placed an order. Was on this side of town and usually never am. They left out my main thing I ordered (the soup) called to speak to a manager about a refund. She said she can’t do a refund without me being there in person. If i had the time to go back there on shift in person I would just get my soup! And then she wanted to argue with me as if I was in the wrong. There employees forgot it not me. Only giving a review because of the manager and her attitude. Actually won’t go to any chicken salad chicks again! One star reviews matter to me because we are in the customer service business! I guess there not!

Delicious & creative chicken salad varieties; Cranberry Kelli, Fruity Fran, Jalapeño Holly, to name a few of my faves. The original is pretty perfect, too. Amazing sandwiches (chicken salad BLT, Turkey club, anyone?). There’s also this creation I never knew to love….grape salad!! The trio is quite a value, for example; sandwich, side 1- chicken salad scoop, side 2- grape salad.
