I come here regularly and it’s always a great experience. Excellent food- I like the croissant sandwich with fancy Nancy and the loaded potato soup. Also a very pleasant place to sit and eat. Drive thru option is a huge plus. But I prefer to come inside and chat with the always kind staff. Jasmine the manager is fantastic.

Very unique restaurant! I ordered the lemon and basil chicken salad and it was excellent! Never had anything like it! Definitely excited to try more of the different flavors. I didn’t care for the macaroni and cheese but the broccoli salad was delicious! A bit pricey but the quality of food was well worth the price! Definitely worth checking out! I will be returning soon!

Great chicken salad and even nicer staff. The place is large, quick and clean. They let you taste the chicken salad before buying and they are very helpful. I loved the jalapeño and the lemon chicken salad on lettuce the most!

My office requested CSC for lunch. The chicken salad was delicious but the salad was inedible. The lettuce was absolutely horrid – completely brown and spoiled throughout. This is the type of lettuce that gets people sick. Fortunately, I was the only person that ordered a salad because I would have been horrified to serve this to my clients.

UPDATE: Summer, the GM, contacted me first thing yesterday and went above and beyond to resolve the issue with the catering order to my company’s satisfaction. After talking to Summer, I would use them again for catering (I never stopped eating there on my own) knowing that they will correct anything that you are not happy with. I’m changing from 3 stars to 5 stars.
If you go in to the shop and get a sandwich, it’s very good. If you’re doing catering however, I would pass. I went for lunch with a co-worker, and got the chicken salad on a croissant. The croissant was huge and stuffed with chicken salad. the side of broccoli salad was delicious and they gave you a little cookie for dessert. it was so good, we thought to we would get them for catering for the office.
The catering however, was not very good. They were mini croissant chicken salad sandwiches and there was hardly any chicken salad on them, it was just basically all croissant. Most of them didn’t get eaten, people just ate the sides.
I called to let them know, and they said that they were sorry and offered us half off on another catering order. I told her that this one was so bad, that we wouldn’t order from them again. They said that they would talk to the general manager and figure out a way to make us happy. that was over three weeks ago, and I’ve yet to hear back from them.

Checked out Chicken Salad Chick today and wow — what a great experience! I called ahead while heading to Mt. Pleasant, and the process couldn’t have been easier. The staff was super helpful over the phone, especially with their huge variety of chicken salad options. They helped me narrow it down, and I ended up going with the Chicken Salad BLT.
Let me tell you — it was delicious! Perfectly balanced flavors and a generous portion. I paired it with a side of mac and cheese, and it did not disappoint. Creamy, cheesy, and just the comfort food I was hoping for.

Chicken Salad Chick is one of my favorite places to eat for lunch. The lemon basil chicken salad is absolutely delicious. I like that they have a variety of options. The restaurant is always clean, including the restrooms. The cashiers are quick with taking orders, and the wait is minimal. This is a 5 star option for a quick lunch that is made fresh.
