Outstanding Service and Delicious Dinner!
I stopped by the Chicken Salad Chick at the Harbison location and ordered the cranberry/almond chicken salad on a croissant with a side of broccoli salad. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The croissant was soft and buttery, and the broccoli salad had just the right crunch and tang.
What really impressed me was the staff’s professionalism. The register went down while I was waiting to pay, and even after trying to resolve the issue for 10 minutes, it still wasn’t working. Without hesitation, they offered my meal for free and sincerely apologized for the wait. I left with great food and an even greater appreciation for their customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

I particularly enjoy the southern mix, though I’ve tried others and they are all good so far. Friendly staff and great service. The atmosphere is fine. The place is clean and comfortable.

I enjoyed my chicken salad sandwich!! I prefer chicken salad chick over Chick-fil-A. The sandwich was toasted and the cheese was melted. So much flavor for a simple sandwich. The staff was very nice and attentive. Good food.

I just had the must unwelcoming experience at Chicken Salad Chick and I can’t imagine this is the customer service that is expected from this company.
My family has been eating here for years and always enjoys the homemade taste and atmosphere without the work.
Today I was pulling into the shopping center on my way to another store and when I saw the sign I thought to myself I would grab something to take home.
As I walked up to the door I could see multiple people inside sitting and standing. A gentleman in cutoff jean shorts and a black t-shirt was standing outside on his phone and said to me “we’re closed on Sunday”. I glanced inside and turned back around to walk to my car without entering the restaurant and I said conversationally as I was walking away “there are a lot of people inside”. The gentleman responded “we’re having a meeting” which should have been the end of this conversation, however, as I was getting into my vehicle the gentleman followed up on his previous comment with “don’t be coming at me with those smart comments”. His tone was rude and unnecessary and in no way related to the previous interaction.
I hope this “meeting” goes well because it’s enough to turn me off from Chicken Salad Chick all together if that’s the way I can expect to be treated by the employees which the gentleman claimed to be.

Food is fantastic. Have ordered probably 4 times in the last week. Every single time it’s missing items. You’re batting 1000 for screwing up orders. Reviews and customers will be happier if you can figure out how to package everything people order the first time.
