I truly value a good dining experience, but my recent visit was deeply uncomfortable due to the conduct of the restaurant’s management.
During my meal, I witnessed a male manager loudly berating a young female staff member in front of guests. The volume and tone used were not only unnecessary but profoundly disrespectful. It was clear that the employee was visibly distressed, as she seemed to be holding back tears.
As a customer, this made for an incredibly toxic and hostile dining atmosphere. Watching a superior treat a staff member this way is not only unprofessional but fundamentally off-putting. It leaves a very poor impression of the establishment’s culture and values. I hope management takes steps to address this, as it completely ruined the experience for those of us who were there to simply enjoy a meal. I would also like add, I visit frequently, and the young lady is always friendly and welcoming!

What a fantastic chain of restaurants. This is my third visit and first to a different establishment. It was JUST as good as my previous visits to other locations. Food is so very fresh, and fantastic. The staff are wonderful and helpful in every way. The place is bright and extremely clean. The music tends to be loud but they are accommodating to sensitive hearing visitors.

Have you ever been somewhere where you meet no strangers? That has been my experience every time at Chicken Salad Chick in Tanglewood Mall. This team, led by Jeremy, is absolutely amazing. Everyone treats you with the same kindness, the service is fast, and they always find a way to say yes to the customer — never a no. It’s just a genuinely great experience every visit.

Love the concept of serving chicken salads and chicken salad sandwiches! There is a whole menu of different kinds to choose from, including three fruity styles. Sandwiches are served on wheat or white toast or a croissant. My sandwich was also served with a pickle and small cookie. They have a nice indoor dining room as well as outdoor seating. Good experience!

First time eating here and was not disappointed. Loved it so much had to go back up before we left and purchase some to go. Great place to eat, great food, our server was very sweet. We both had the Chicken Salad BLT Sandwich. The Grape Salad is so different and refreshing. To me it is a dessert in itself. Loved it! Will be back. Glad to have another place to eat that isn’t a burger or pizza place and I love burgers and pizza.

I wasn’t able to order due to the restaurant not posting what is in the different types of chicken salad, on door dash or on their own website. I find that to be an odd choice. How am I supposed to know what salad I want to order when I don’t even know what’s in it? I guess you just have to go in person or just hope someone posted a picture of their in store menu?

This is my new favorite place to eat! They have so many chicken salad flavors it blows my mind! The fruity fran is my favorite. But the chicken bacon ranch is also awesome. We also always bring some home since we’re 2 hours away. My mom absolutely loves the broccoli salad. We also love the grape salad. The inside of the restaurant is so adorable and has all these cute sayings on the wall. The staff is very friendly. We had the friendliest guy I have ever had to take our order! I wish I could remember his name, but he was wonderful! Definitely a place we will come back to over and over!

The employees are very nice. It was my first time eating at a Chicken Salad Chick. The lady walked me through how to order. The soup was delicious, but the sandwich was just a bit off. It actually tasted better the 2nd day. Of course, I am seek, so Chicken my sense of taste is off.
