Outstanding authentic Portuguese BBQ. The food is cooked in an enclosed wood fire. The seasoning is spot on. My wife and I split a chicken and rice and beans. The chicken was cooked perfectly and was very tender and juicy. The beans were great and made with bacon which is even better. Very friendly hosts as well. There is inside and outside seating. Paradise green is also across the street for a quick Portuguese picnic. Highly recomended

Newer restaurant on Paradise Green. Caught the tail end of lunch and ordered the 1/2 chicken. Food was delicious and owner was friendly. Would definitely like to try some of the other options on the menu in the future!

He has a good concept ( food wise not the ordinary chicken place ) needs a bit bigger menu hopefully that comes with growth of business / word of mouth…gonna try the roast pig on next trip it’s a weekend specialty…

Only had the chicken so far but it was really well cooked and flavored. Dont forget to grab a sauce if you like it spicier.

Fresh, never frozen is so apparent in the delicious flavors and juiciness of everything I’ve enjoyed here. Hard to find elsewhere. A real treasure right here in Stratford! Highly recommended!
