Pretty good for food court chicken! The food was fresh and the staff were super nice. ‘Grandma’ sauce was quite tasty with the chicken. Overall, it was a bit pricy for what you get, but for a quick food stop, we’d recommend giving it a try.

I ordered their chicken strips and fries which are usually excellent. I obviously received tenders that had been sitting under a heat lamp and had gotten hard and soggy. The fries which are usually crispy and tasty were soggy and did not taste good at all. I ended up throwing them away. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed at the poor quality. It will be a while before I order again. It’s a shame because I used to love this place.

We have been to CHICKEN NOW bout 6 or so times. Everytime we have gone & brought meals home to enjoy,they have been perfectly cooked & soooo tasty!I do wish you got more than like 5 onion rings in an ordee,pretty skimpy I think! The fries are my Fav!!IDK what they do,but they have a crispy coating & taste better than any other fries I’ve had. The sauce is good(mayo & ketchup mixed,I’ve been using that combo since I was 7yrs old,I’m 50 now.lol) The only other negative thing I can think of besides skimpy order of onion rings,is charging 4 granny’s sauce.mayo/ketchup shldnt hve an extra fee.

The Chicken Now sauce is unmatched and simply worth going for in itself, but getting the small or large box with the tenders, fries, and Texas toast is seriously chefs kiss if you’re looking for something quick in the fast food game. Don’t sleep on Chicken Now, I’d seriously drive the hour to Syracuse just to eat there.

AMAZING CHEAP FOOD I got a big box which is 4 tenders a lot of fries two sauces one side of your choice and a large drink for only $16.99 you can’t beat this for mall food and it was so much better than Popeyes and the gentleman at the counter was so polite and kind absolutely little gem that needs more business!!!

Ordered a chicken tender combo, get to the table no fries in box. Go back up and tell them we never got fries and the guy didnt believe me and told me to bring him the box. So i brought the box up, the guy literally took 3 tenders out of my box that was served already to me(violates health code) put them back with the other chicken and puts fries in the box. He could see us where we were seated so he clearly knew we never got the fries.

I seriously think this is some of the best fried chicken around. It’s made fresh for each order so enjoy it hot! The sauce that comes with it is great. The fries are standard are also great and cooked perfectly. Pass on the mac and cheese and bread they serve. I would get different sides or go across the food court to popeyes for better sides.

I could have gotten better chicken at Burger King and it would have been cheeper. The chicken tenders I got here was kinda chewy and bland and the buffalo sause was gross and didn’t really have any flavor either or spice to it. I only eat like three out of the six tenders. Not very good.
