Great food!!! Didn’t know what to order at first but the young lady recommended me to try the spicy wrap and it was the best decision I’ve ever made, you can really appreciate the combination of different flavors and textures!! It was so delicious. However if you’re a picky eater then I would personally recommend the tender box their tenders are amazing as well as their fries!!!!!!

The grandma sauce is really good. Chicken is good. The bread this time tasted funny and wasnt toasted how they usually have it. It tastes like they do jot clean their soda machine, so I just get bottled water. The staff there are always friendly.

Honestly, this place has some of the best chicken I’ve had in Cherry Hill. The chicken is big, super juicy, and seasoned really well. The sauces are flavorful (I could probably eat them with anything), and the portion sizes are huge, definitely a solid deal for the price, especially compared to other spots around here.
The service was also great. I accidentally dropped my wallet and didn’t realize until I had walked over to Gong Cha. One of the workers, Aaron, actually found it and made sure it got back to me. That kind of kindness really stood out.
Yeah, it can be a little loud since it’s in the mall food court, but because it’s in the corner, it’s a bit more chill than the other spots. Overall, just a really good experience all around.
10/10 would recommend for anyone coming to the mall or in Cherry Hill in general.

A waste of money. The grilled chicken didn’t taste like chicken. The food tasted like a nasty corner store carryout. Fries tasted stale but fried again to try and hide the fact they were old. Everything tastes like it was fried in fish oil. The chicken tenders weren’t even breaded. All nasty.

ChickenNow’s food is sooo flavorful! The grandma sauce is so tasty with the chicken tenders like it’s so juicy and tender. Also the bread that goes with it is soo good, it’s perfectly done and tastes great! I’ve been coming here for the longest time and they never disappoint! The seasoning on the chicken is delicious, also the wraps are amazing, especially with the spicy grandma sauce. The staffs are also nice and they make the food quickly so you don’t have to wait long. Overall it’s my go to food place at the mall!!

Chickennow has been a great place to eat ever since i started going last year. The second the chicken tender hit the atoms of my tongue a light started to shine in my soul. This chicken place has shed a light and saved me. Before i went to this place i was tainted by an ugly palette, with dry, unseasoned, distasteful, low effort chicken tenders. But when i eat chickennow, the tenderness, the seasonings, the juiciness, and don’t get me started on that spicy grandma sauce, it brings out the flavors even more! i could drink BUCKETS of this stuff, god i wish i could spread this beauty of a fast-food place to everyone around me, everyone deserves a taste of this! Thank you, to whoever made this place, for saving my life.
