Best chicken ever, beats all of the other fast food fried chicken chains. The sauce is SO good, better than Raising Canes. I always order the 5 piece chicken tender with French fries. So good! Food usually comes out very quickly

I’ve been coming here for a while and they’ve always been consistent. The menu is clear, the staff is patient, and they always acknowledge you while you’re waiting to order. The food is tasty, well-seasoned, and the portions are solid for the price and it’s definitely one of the better options in Stamford Mall. Finding out they’re on delivery apps was a plus too.
Only note: they could be a little more generous with the sauce (it’s really good), but I get why they guard it. Overall, highly recommend.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced !! One of the Indian guys that work there was so rude !! I asked for kool-aid & then he proceeded to give me fruit punch, when I told him that’s not what I asked for he gave me an attitude & I then said I’m a customer & I should get what I asked for especially after I spent $20+ there & he then stated multiple times that “he didn’t care that I was a customer” and also said “so what you are a customer”. I will unfortunately never be returning to this establishment.

I never write reviews but I was so reluctant to try this place because the reviews were more negative than good, first off most of the reviews aren’t current I didn’t want to go off 1 year reviews so I decided to give this place a try, I want to start off by saying I have never tried this place, I don’t even live in the area and just ordered from Uber Eats. I think presentation is very important when handling food, the bag came very neatly packed almost like someone took their time to pack the order, off rip there was a menu, lots of napkins, utensils, and condiments. This alone intrigued me because most restaurants do not care how your order is packed as long as it gets to you, I must admit I wanted to try this place because they have plain churros something I can’t seem to find where I live, my first bite brought back so many memories and right then and there I was a satisfied customer. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and chicken tenders box the quesadilla came with salsa, sour cream and I asked for lettuce, something I have never seen with a quesadilla is chips, they are delicious most chips are plain but these have the right amount of taste I can eat them as a snack that’s how good they are. I specifically asked for honey mustard and I actually got it! Wow a place that actually accommodates my wants. As you can see food presentation is amazing, everything looks and taste great, it is also very reasonably priced. Please give this place a try I know the reviews are not that great but for a first timer I will definitely be ordering again thank you so much Chicken Now for great food and great service you have earned yourself a lifetime customer!

I’ve had a mixed experience at this restaurant over the years. The service is usually good, and the atmosphere is pleasant—it’s hard to beat the food court vibe. I’ve tried several items, including the chicken tender combo, wrap, and classic chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, the quality of the food seems to have declined since they first opened. When they initially launched, everything was fresh and served hot, but over time, it feels like some dishes are left out and reheated, especially on certain days. The chicken, in particular, has noticeably lost its former quality. It’s disappointing because my family and I used to visit regularly.
